"Sorry to have to complain but Really disappointed this time, always had a good service from here previously but arrived stone cold tonight. Meal was ruined. Couldn't reheat fries or kebab they went in the bin so it was a Waste of money. Had to reheat pizza. It was that cold the cheese on it had set. I just want to provide feedback so maybe you can get a heat protection bag for delivery to avoid this happening again. Its a shame as we really enjoy your food usually."

The food at this restaurant is delicious, especially the curry with plenty of meat. However, I would have given it a higher rating if the food had been warmer.

Really excellent food! However, it was late by an hour (which i didnt mind as its friday. I’d rather they give honest delivery times than something that is too ambitious and that ends in disappointment.

Missing parts of order. And then they sent replacements out that were so spicy you couldn’t eat them. Not mention of it being spicy meaning it was inedible anyway and all a waste of time and money. Very disappointed Visualizza piatti

The food at the restaurant was delicious, however, we were very disappointed with the service. Our order was 30 minutes late, and we received a call from the delivery driver saying he was lost and we needed to go pick up the food ourselves at the restaurant. This left us feeling very unhappy.

Worst takeaway I've ever had , chicken burger as said by another reviewer I've just read can only be described as rubber was disgusting I took one bite and threw away , shish kebab was cold and appalling I get I ordered a small but there was 6 tiny pieces of shish in it , only thing I ate was chips , will never order from here again . It was on time however and driver seemed pleasant

"We been looking for fresh bread and pastries for a time and we found Loaf via Google, when we arrived you are greeted by lovely friendly staff. They have great product knowledge and very helpful, there is so much choice of breads, cakes, hot pastries. The menu is lovely and works around its fresh products, the prices are great. We are currently working throught their hot pastries cabinet which I have to say is too quality and oh so tasty. The breads are lovely as are the scones, tea cakes we always come away with a bag full of goodies. This is now our weekly trip out for a treat and some great bread. Can highly recommend Loaf even if a bit if a trip to get here. Just love love love Loaf"

"I visited on Saturday, December 30, for an evening meal that included a bottle of wine. We upgraded to a room with a spa bath, which I highly recommend! This was a special 60th birthday treat for my partner, and I was lucky enough to join him. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. We were in need of some relaxation, and we certainly found it. When we entered our room, we both exclaimed, "Wow!" Our dinner was just as impressive. Every member of the staff we encountered—from the hotel reception to the bar and dining staff—was wonderful and friendly. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks for this amazing experience. We had a wonderful visit and hope to return soon!"

"We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. When we were seated at our table, there was a sign indicating that it was reserved at 10:30, which made us feel like an inconvenience. The service was very poor, despite being told that unlimited tea and coffee were included with our meal. Throughout the hour and a half we were there, we were never asked if everything was okay and had to repeatedly ask for more drinks. The Prosecco we ordered was served in unopened bottles, and the breakfast made with cheap supermarket bread was dry and bland. We were frustrated by the lack of attention and had to even ask for a napkin. When we finally left, we were not asked about our experience, which made us realize that they knew their service was subpar. This experience was supposed to be a birthday gift, but instead it left us feeling upset and dissatisfied. We would not recommend dining at this restaurant."

"This is a great local pub with a friendly atmosphere. They serve generous portions of delicious pub food, with the white chowder and ginger cheesecake being particular standouts. The pub is popular with both locals and visitors, and has a welcoming feel. You can even bring your muddy boots and dogs along, as Alan (the gray dog) was kindly given treats and attention."

"The best genuine Indian food in Derbyshire. Some bad review on here from a guy expecting a cellar full of red wine from various decades order the house red mate . It’s a small Indian in a little town with friendly helpful staff that go out of their way to look after you. The sauces have great depth the nans are made on site in the traditional way and the meat is always fantastically cooked. Service: Dine in"
