Arrived am for lunch All doors locked , walked around the the pub building back to our car , went some where else for lunch ,, Website for Duke of Rothesay clearly states OPEN till pm Money spends anywhere sadly not here,

We stopped by this restaurant during a day out and had a very enjoyable meal. The staff were very polite and the food was delicious. The prices were reasonable and our meal was served quickly, so we didn't have to wait long.

Don't bother going to this restaurant - they have a limited beer selection, unhealthy menu options full of cholesterol, and you even have to pay for parking. The empty car park and pub should have been our first warning sign. Stay away! Visualizza piatti

First time having Sunday lunch.. The food was excellent, the staff were very friendly helpful. We had Sunday lunch and a sticky toffee pudding to follow, plus coffee... Would definitely recommend you visit.. We will certainly be visiting again...

As a family we visited twice while on holiday. The staff were really friendly. The menu was good for a pub menu, the food was great. We were a large group The staff done all they could, under the covid restrictions, allow us to sit...near each other. Overall great value for the money, friendly and helpful staff. I would strongly advise you visit when in the area.

Dont waste your money,nothing cooked from scratched,all frozen,didn’t taste very good at all,if you didn’t want Sunday dinner they weren’t offering anything else.didn’t serve tea or coffee,no bottled water,so tap water it was,no desserts,so our first and last visit,as we were staying at ocean edge...caravan park it was handy to visit,but nowhere for the kids to play,all the swings have gone,so never again Visualizza piatti

Staying nearby and thought we would try this pub/restaurant out for a meal. We turned up at about and hoped they could accomodate our party adults, young girls, and a baby. We instantly felt welcomed, and observed how clean the place...was, with tables being promptly cleaned as people came and left. Menu is not vast, but the food on it was good honest food, well presented, freshly cooked, and with generous portions, even on the children's menu. Value was outstanding for the price, this was excellent.

I went to this restaurant with a friend and spent an hour there. Unfortunately, I did not realize there were no signs in the pub car park indicating that I needed to register my vehicle. I ordered a drink and was not informed about this requirement. It turns out that the information was on the back of the t-shirt the server was wearing, and there were more signs around the pub. After chatting for an hour, I received a parking ticket two days later. When I called to inquire about it, I was made to feel bad for calling and the customer service was not great. The pub itself was dark, dingy, and completely empty. The service was subpar, both during and after my visit. Overall, I do not recommend...

First of all, 1 young lady working to bar and running food since we came in until about 6ish. Food was ordered at 5.45, received starters at 6. Then got mains about 45 minutes for mains which isn't too bad considering 1 woman working in the kitchen herself and kitchen closing at 6.30. Plates from the starters weren't cleared before receiving our mains. Ribeye was asked to be well done, came basically rare. Obviously sent back which was fine, the server was helpful and apologetic.
