Terrible experience—overpriced and low-quality food. Our meals were handed to us over a barrier. I have nothing positive to say about this place and will never go back.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed the food, but the milkshakes were absolutely incredible! I would definitely return for another visit!

I made a last-minute reservation for a birthday breakfast for my partner. The food arrived promptly and was mostly delightful. However, I did notice that the waffles were store-bought dessert waffles rather than freshly made, and I would have preferred American-style hash browns. Great meal with even better service. Food was really lovely and not bad value overall. Drinks (beers) were a little pricey at nearly £4.50 for a small bottle! Our waiter was fantastic, really friendly and added to the experience. It’s a little distracting with shoppers walking past as you eat, but you could argue that adds to it! Overall really impressed and will definitely be visiting again soon.

have to say the food was incredible. Service was great. However it took half an hour for our food to arrive. Also the jukeboxes on the table??? what are the purposes of these? I put money in them and nothing worked?? I asked the waitress and she said 'nah they don 't work ' and rushed off before I could say anything. They look nice for show but when you got a sign that says put money in surely they should work. Maybe have a sign that says display purposes only?!

I am unable to review this experience as when we arrived we were told that there was no chef working that day so we wouldn’t be able to have our breakfast. We booked this in advance as we were travelling into Birmingham for an event at the NEC. As if I was my mother’s birthday we decided to go in extra early meet our friends to have breakfast then slowly make our way over to the event. I am very disappointed that, even though we had a table booked, nobody felt it was necessary to inform us that we wouldn’t be able to eat on the restaurant.
