All the dishes I tried in more than dinners were very good. The taste is perfect and the portions are huge.The Place is never too noise, the waiters always friendly and the prices fair

Wait and wait and wait and wait and wait... And for what? Wait for a shoe sole which they call “schnitzel”? No way, thank you. Wait for an incompetent, arrogant and unfriendly service? No way, thank you! Good luck “Shoe maker”

Nice garden, ok the service but really bad dishes. Just food quantity, no quality, impossible to eat. Pasta, schnitzel, potatoes and mash rums, all of them couldn't be considered as food. The piece of schnitzel was larger than the dish, but soft and tasting as...a shoe sole. Just the mini salad was safe

If you attempt to supplement a side with kase spatzel they servers will respond with a typical German response, “not possible.” But it is worth the expense to buy the kase spatzel meal as a side with The schnitzel. It will be a large portion...but can be shared. The schnitzel takes up an entire plate. Small place so get there early but a good place to eat

Wir waren das erste Mal im Eichbaum Tresen. Wir waren sehr überrascht wie schön es da ist. Der Biergarten, der Sand mittendrin, die Bestuhlung. Die Bedienungen waren sehr nett und hatten immer ein Auge auf uns. Dann kam das Schnitzel. Eine Schönheit mit viel Sosse. Das Fleisch war sehr zart und man musste nicht irgendetwas seltsames abschneiden. Wir haben alles aufgefuttert, weil es einfach saulecker war.

Popular in Summer because of the beer garden despite Heidelberger Straße, this is also a great place to go at other times of year. The inside is rustic and a bit publike, be sure to reserve a table. The specialty is schnitzels but the menu...is broader. Portions are very large and environmentally friendly takeout boxes are provided for the inevitable leftovers. Size is not everything though, the food was decent quality and tasted great. Pack a bit more to go and leave room for delicious Apfelstrudel. Service was friendly and efficient

I came into this place to share a dinner with friends and try the superfamous schnitzel. In the menu' I only took care about the many different kind of schnitzel they are able to prepare! The place where not so crowded, but the waiting has...been a little long. The waitress however was very nice with us, apologizing often for the delay. At the end the schnitzel arrived and it was DELICIOUS. I took the one with cheese and spinach, with potatoes on the side. I didn't finish it because it was huge but I really suggest this place. I think I paid the schnitzel about but it really worth it

This restaurant is rightly famous for the various types of Schnitzel they serve, on the other hand their service does not seem really up to the task. You arrive there alone at and politely ask a waitress if there is maybe still a chance...to get a meal, as there are at least people dining. She inquires at some length in the kitchen and then comes back and says, yes, you can, have a sit in the room nearby. You find a place, take off your coat, sit down, have a rapid look at the menus they hand you the full one, the one for the day and the one for the drinks and of course you ask for a Schnitzel. Surprise! The reply you get is, too late, Schnitzel no more, just salads or Spätzli. You then ask,...

Alles fing damit an, dass wir mit einer Gruppe einen Tisch im Außenbereich reservieren wollten. Dies war leider nicht möglich, da nur Tische im Innenbereich reserviert werden können. Soweit noch akzeptabel.Weiter ging es damit, dass es nicht möglich war, für einen Allergiker ein Schnitzel ohne Panade zu bestellen, obwohl die Schnitzel frisch zubereitet werden.Als das Essen dann kam, wurde es zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten gebracht, sodass einige ihre Teller schon halb aufgegessen hatten, als die letzten auch endlich ihr Essen bekamen.Die nächste Unerfreulichkeit erwartete uns beim Zahlen.
