"We were having dinner at this restaurant 4 person last April 23 participating in the gastronomic days of the cachopo that have been held during the month of March. In order to eat we order from incoming some potatoes to the goats, a ration of croquettes and some eggs broken with ham, and second we order a cachopo to share. As for the potatoes to the goats, highlighting that they were very well fried and the goat sauce was soft without being heavy. The croquettes were of three flavors, were of chipirones, ham and finally of goats. The goat cheeses were good and creamy, perhaps for my drops they lacked a little more of the cheese. As for chipirones and ham croquettes, they were not creamy as the previous ones. Regarding the eggs broken with ham, they were correct. Although according to my opinion there was an excess of potato in proportion to the quantity of egg and ham. Finally, as for the cachopo made with beef, Iberian ham and cheeses the peral, vidiago and goats, the truth that was very good. As for the bounce was correct, it was not noticeable. the meat was a steak with good thickness and that it was its point, the cheeses gave it a great creaminess and the only thing is that the Iberian ham was hardly appreciated and personally I also think that it should be noticed a little more the goat cheese. Without a doubt, despite the points of improvement I recommend to anyone who comes to this restaurant, to try the cachopo, as I think it is quite good, although it is true that there are better ones in Madrid. The service was correct, and recommended us well in terms of the amounts when ordering the food. The price was about 18 € per person, so I think it has a good price ratio, since in general everything was good, although it would mainly highlight the potatoes to the goats and the cachopo."
