"This restaurant shouldn't be confused with El Gomero in Playa las Americas although it's the same owner. Went for dinner on a recommendation of being typical Canarian food and it was.Pleasant staff and service. Started with Goats Cheese followed by Liver and onions and a steak with onions for my dinner companion. House wine,water and two desserts came to less than 45 euros, can't fault the value and quality of the food unfortunatly there is a but.!!! The terrace where you eat is closed in with Windows on two sides,roof and glass partions the law does not allow smoking and here they did allow it.Maybe the owner doesn't know the regulation in Spain that any terrace closed in 3 sides smoking is prohibited. The terrace must be open on three sides to permit smoking.Also two women with a dog added to the farce of abiding by the rules and regulations that are in forcé. Did it affect me in a Word yes,I consider myself an animal lover but not to the point of sharing a restaurant with them.Would I repeat a meal here yes and hopefully the owner or staff will read this post and action the no smoking rule."

Unos de los mejores y más concurridos, bar y restaurante que siempre da la mejor calidad y con las mejores materias y magníficos cocineros y camareros siempre muy profesionales, Comida Casera muy tradicional, sí, la de siempre que nos comíamos en la casa de la abuela o suegra, la de toda la vida, bien hecha, cocinada con cariño y con él tiempo necesario. Una barra, siempre muy bien gestionada y las mesas, del comedor a la carta, con unos buenos camareros que son toda una Gestión tan rápida y de las mas efectivas. Para mi y para muchos, ès el sitio más fiable de las Américas para hacer una comida satisfactoria

Hablando con un guía local (y confiable), nos recomendaron probar la paella en este pequeño restaurante casero que casi parece una trattoria italiana de antaño. Entrar y observar la decoración, de hecho, casi se siente como entrar en la casa de tu abuela. Y cuando la abuela cocina sabes que no hay nada mejor que eso. ¡Y asi fue! Comimos la mejor paella que hemos probado jamás. Cada bocado se sintió como el primer bocado, tanto es así que al día siguiente tuvimos un bis y seguía siendo incansable. ¡Todo ello acompañado de una sangría casera igualmente excelente! El precio es muy justo para la cantidad, de hecho en otros lugares te harían pagar más. Muy Satisfecho. Del resto de platos no puedo...
