"We visited here for lunch, and had the all you can eat menu for There’s a great choice of dishes, more than any tapas restaurant I’ve been to before. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the service was quick. The food was...amazing, we didn’t go crazy and had dishes between the two of us, which was just enough for lunch. You can have more if you want it, but for lunch that was enough for us. It was fairly quiet, which is understandable for a Wednesday at They really deserve to have more people in with such a good menu and bargain price."

Called in advance and confirmed gf options. Plenty of choice. Beautiful food and amazing customer service. Lovely little restaurant in a part of town we don't normal venture out too but definatley coming back. Thanks for a great evening.

Absolutely Fantastic. I've eaten Hestern Blumenthals Fat Duck and this was BETTER. Loved it. I could of eaten everything on the menu. I had Staff were luvly and very good service. is a bargain. Can't wait to go back even though i...live in York.

Read the reviews and traveled from Leeds, well worth the journey. Nice setting, very friendly waiter and very generous portions. The fish batter was so light and delicious. The meat and sauces were slightly spicy and generous. Even had warm bread at the beginning of...the meal, very useful for mopping up that sauce. We visited on a Friday lunchtime and had the all you can eat tapas menu at ish per person. Greeted by pleasant and polite staff, we were the only customers at the time, drinks order taken, and we were served with complimentary bread and...aioli. Fantastic choice on the menu, and after a short time we were served with our first dishes. Good portion size, hot and delicious. For me, the chuletas were too charred, but we really enjoyed the rest. We would recommend this restaurant and hope to visit again soon.

We each had three delicious dishes that left us feeling satisfied. The portions were generous and filling. Standout dishes included the rice with pork chicken and white wine, chickpeas and vegetables, lamb stew and chorizo, and egg and potato. The service was quick and courteous. For the four of us, with three dishes each, a glass of Sangria, a non-alcoholic beer, coke, and a bottle of water, the bill came to just over £20 per person. Considering the size, quality, variety, and authenticity of the dishes, I thought this was excellent value.

"The welcome we received was pleasant, although not very personal, and our details were not checked, which was surprising considering how difficult it was to secure a reservation. The restaurant is not licensed, so guests are welcome to bring their own drinks. My husband and I brought two bottles of champagne, but we were not offered an ice bucket and were given standard wine glasses instead of flutes. The food was served promptly, starting with an amuse bouche of butternut squash veloute with a creamy accompaniment served in egg boxes. The chef explained the dish himself, and it was delicious. The second course, an aged rice dish reminiscent of a soupy risotto flavored with parmesan and espresso, was my least favorite. I found it poorly presented and the coffee flavor didn't come through well. The third course, a beautifully cooked lamb cutlet finished on a barbecue outside, was accompanied by flavorful lentils. However, the broccoli that came with it was plain and could have used some additional flavor. The dish was not explained to us. The fourth dish, which I initially thought was eel, turned out to be smoked eel and was served with beetroot. This was one of my favorite dishes of the night. We were served two desserts: a warm chocolate foam with orange sorbet and a deconstructed rhubarb custard with pink meringue pieces, both of which were delicious. The bill was not presented to us, so we followed the lead of other guests who left cash on the table as they left. My husband had a nice chat with the chef, and I joined in after a visit to the restroom. The chef was very knowledgeable and skilled with flavors. Overall, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of personality in presenting and explaining each dish. The experience felt somewhat impersonal and lacked interest. I believe guest interaction is crucial, so my tip would be for the restaurant to take the time to engage with guests, even if it means spending less time in the kitchen. I did not give a perfect score due to the presentation and slightly underwhelming flavors in some dishes. I believe that in fine dining, every element of the dish should be bursting with flavor. Despite this, we had an enjoyable evening and would return if we are able to secure a reservation."
