"Was there with my gf for a short day trip to Doncaster. Everything about this place was fab. We ordered (cold plate) tuna tartar, (hot plates) mussels and scallops. We also open a bottle of white wine to go with the seafood. The seafood was all fresh and properly seasoned. We were amazed immediately after the first plate (tuna tartar) was served. But the most impressive dish to us was the mussels. Unlike the other two dishes, the mussels really lacked plating. but the mussels matched really well with the creamy sauce and the crusty bread. We at the end even soaked all the crusty bread to the really delicious sauce. It was an open kitchen setting and we got to watch how the two chefs cooked the food while we were eating. An overall very pleasant experience. We spent no more than £60 for three exceptional dishes with a bottle of wine!! It was worth travelling all the way from London to try it out. This time when we went here we were told that they were out of oysters on bank holidays. That was a shame but we will be back for the oysters!!! "The welcome we received was pleasant, although not very personal, and our details were not checked, which was surprising considering how difficult it was to secure a reservation. The restaurant is not licensed, so guests are welcome to bring their own drinks. My husband and I brought two bottles of champagne, but we were not offered an ice bucket and were given standard wine glasses instead of flutes. The food was served promptly, starting with an amuse bouche of butternut squash veloute with a creamy accompaniment served in egg boxes. The chef explained the dish himself, and it was delicious. The second course, an aged rice dish reminiscent of a soupy risotto flavored with parmesan and espresso, was my least favorite. I found it poorly presented and the coffee flavor didn't come through well. The third course, a beautifully cooked lamb cutlet finished on a barbecue outside, was accompanied by flavorful lentils. However, the broccoli that came with it was plain and could have used some additional flavor. The dish was not explained to us. The fourth dish, which I initially thought was eel, turned out to be smoked eel and was served with beetroot. This was one of my favorite dishes of the night. We were served two desserts: a warm chocolate foam with orange sorbet and a deconstructed rhubarb custard with pink meringue pieces, both of which were delicious. The bill was not presented to us, so we followed the lead of other guests who left cash on the table as they left. My husband had a nice chat with the chef, and I joined in after a visit to the restroom. The chef was very knowledgeable and skilled with flavors. Overall, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of personality in presenting and explaining each dish. The experience felt somewhat impersonal and lacked interest. I believe guest interaction is crucial, so my tip would be for the restaurant to take the time to engage with guests, even if it means spending less time in the kitchen. I did not give a perfect score due to the presentation and slightly underwhelming flavors in some dishes. I believe that in fine dining, every element of the dish should be bursting with flavor. Despite this, we had an enjoyable evening and would return if we are able to secure a reservation."

"Dreambakes staff are very welcoming and was nice to see that most menu options had a vegan alternative. I had a heel milk flat white, was great to see that they use local specialties coffee like darkwoods from huddersfield and they showed know in making the coffee. beautiful latte art. for my meal I had a sharp cheese toastia on acidity. the alternative to make this vegan was the usual cheese they use to replace a smokey one. very well present with extras such as salad leaf, Slav and craps. I felt that she would be in the toastia a little on the replacement side and not really smiling, could taste the smoke through the cheese I loved. I don't know why, but if the venue is fully vegan, I don't always trust items like pasta, as it came to my children's plates, who had ham sandwiches. overall I was satisfied. I also say that they made a few vegan cakes like a banoffeee shortcake and choco concrete. also nice to see, they sell the coffee beans and have guests coffee. it is great to see more vegan friendly places in doncaster"

"We visited here for lunch, and had the all you can eat menu for There’s a great choice of dishes, more than any tapas restaurant I’ve been to before. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the service was quick. The food was...amazing, we didn’t go crazy and had dishes between the two of us, which was just enough for lunch. You can have more if you want it, but for lunch that was enough for us. It was fairly quiet, which is understandable for a Wednesday at They really deserve to have more people in with such a good menu and bargain price."

"Tukuaz has been fully renovated since my last visit and now feels fresh and modern. We sat by the large bi-folding windows on a warm evening watching the comings and going of Doncaster! The food is still fantastic and the meal deals really good value. Its a good idea to try as many of the starters as you can to get a real taste of Turkish food. Service was very efficient and friendly but if I had one small criticism, it was that we felt a bit rushed. I don't like having main course served whilst I'm still chewing my starter, and I think from sitting down to paying the bill was under an hour. As I said, a minor criticism and next time we will ask for a pause between courses. Otherwise a very enjoyable restaurant."
