"We asked for a Saturday to be brought home and it took an hour in the scheduled delivery. Apparently, they had problems with the distributors, but if they know, the customer is warned and we don't call twice because we had no news. At 21:30 we had to be served between 22,00-22:20 and the delivery man arrived at 23:00. one thing does not remove the other, the quality of the product very good."

"Ya habíamos estado en varias ocaciones y teníamos pendiente volver y ha sido después de su reforma y me ha vuelto a sorprender. Aún que el servicio no ha sido tan fluido como en otras ocasiones , la calidad de su cocina es increíble. Tienen una carta pequeña pero se nota que es casero . He probado por primera vez el pan brioche con atún rojo y mayonesa ....brutal , con un sabor increíble. Y las dos clases de tarta de queso cada una mejor que la otra ."

"We were blessed enough to have two meals in this amazing restaurant while visiting Spain. It was the most impressive dining experience of our lives. The chef is truly amazing and a brilliant culinary artist. No detail was forgotten from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The staff are so welcoming and treat you like family. "Went to Altamar 3 nights in a row, couldn’t fault the food or the service but on the third evening we were presented with a bill and had charged 12 euros for a handful of fries. We obviously were shocked and asked the waitress why so much and her reply was that her boss told her to charge this extraordinarily high price. BE CAREFUL AND CHECK THE BILL THOROUGHLY AND IF ITS NOT ON THE MENU ASK THE PRICE BEFOREHAND. It left a nasty taste in our months and have seen that others have had similar experiences. We obviously didn’t leave a tip so this went some way to easing the pain of feeling that we’d been ripped off. Thank goodness it wasn’t an expensive piece of fish!"
