"This restaurant is my favorite restaurant in Aachen. And that is not without reason: the family business creates a very pleasant atmosphere, as if they were invited to their home. I have brought many friends and we have always been very enthusiastic. The restaurant creates the spa between snacks and an ambience for family celebrations: If you just want to pick up some sandwiches quickly, you can order at the front of the counter without having to go deeper, while larger groups will find room further inside. You can also eat outside. But now it's the best thing at the store: The dishes are a dream. It's a traditional Syrian food. My personal favorites are the Shawarma Plate and the Falafel Plate in the normal or EMESSA variant. The price-performance ratio is very good and you always go home with full stomach. I can also recommend the starter plate. However, you should go to fourth place. Staff are very friendly and have fun for one or the other. I like to come here. (What my mother cannot know is that the Baklava tastes better here than that of her. The Baklava is not so triefing, burning sweet! The whole pistachios rolled into dough give a great mouth feeling. The Baklava has a slightly creamy taste. It's probably the real butter in the dough. A part of rose water was also incorporated into the syrup. Here genuine craftsmanship has been combined with good ingredients! Who goes to eat here should take the Baklava experience at least once. I take it too often. I can recommend tea."
