"Amazing service once you're seated.On entering the place the atmosphere seemed a little intimidating and I have to admit it wasn't the most welcoming, some guy stood miserably staring at an iPad and being quite short with me when I misheard his instruction to wait to be seated.The décor is dark, with features painted black and the walls having some sort of glittery black paint on them, the windows have black shutters.The food was lovely, with very tasty accompaniments being given to us to go with our starters, we particularly enjoyed the salads which had pomegranate seeds and walnut's in it. We were ravenous and demolished the bread (which was a very tasty pizza like bread) a little too quickly, however the guy who served us (who was incredible throughout) was kind enough to bring us some more.We had the scallops and humus for starters, which were both delicious.For mains we had the lamb shank and a creamy chicken and mushroom dish.For dessert I had the banoffee, which I really enjoyed.They look to have a really good cocktail menu, though we didn't try it.Thank you for a lovely meal and your amazing service."

Been to their bottomless brunch a few times and absolutely loved it. The food, cocktails and staff are all amazing!

Attitude from waitress Starter was given, as soon as we finished the plates were collected and main was put down with no space between meals. This is not acceptable. Felt that we were rushed to eat and leave. Waitresses stand near your table which is quite off putting when you want to converse privately. Such a shame as the food was lovely but definitely wouldn’t go back there unfortunately.

We love going to Ermans and I cant fault the food but........we went last week and noticed it was a new menu and that prices had increased. Now I get that inflation etc has probably done this and I dont mind paying extra in the current climate. But my wife always has the Lamb Cutlets with mash potato which is how it came on the old menu, they have changed the menu so that it now comes with Bulgar and Salad. Now I simply asked could they exchange out the Bulgar and salad for mash instead and was told no swap outs were allowed, that they will remove the items but that I would have to pay for a side order of mash.
