"Booked Esca on chance as it was near Glasgow Green and Barrowlands Ballroom. I was not disappointed, as we were shown quickly to our table and had prompt service. We were both able to order easily from the choices on the pre-theatre menu and I was impressed by the vegetarian 'meatballs ' with spaghetti. The bill was very reasonable for the food and wine we enjoyed and I would return!"

As a Boston native, Esca reminded me of a restaurant in the North End. They served up delicious Italian food with a friendly smile and we will definitely be returning!

Great atmosphere and energy, this is a fantastically handy little restaurant particularly if you're going on to the Tron. Food is simple and unpretentious but tastes great. Staff were fast and efficient and friendly. No complaints and will defo be back.

I made a reservation and it was accepted. It was a dinner set up between the 2 Harry Potter shows. We had to ran to make sure we made it on time. We got there and the restaurant is close. We are just visiting so we don't very much about the area. We thought we were in the wrong place. We tried calling the restaurant and nobody answered.
