Great quality of ingredients and excellent manufacturing hand. Very good price-quality. For ten days I've eaten, dined and refreshed with drinks. Excellent service.

Took over an hour to wait for food , waiters ignoring us waiting for a table the table was messy and untidy and other tables that arrived after us ate and had left by the time we got our food

The unbeatable location , first line of beach , vitsa al peñón , recommend the ceasing salad , the super tender and very crispy chicken , the very friendly and attentive waiters especially Christian very professional and attentive Visualizza piatti

We have been going to Essenza for a couple of years, whenever we visit Calpe. They are a little understaffed, but they manage as good as they can. No one speaks English, but we got what we wanted and they are very friendly. We are looking forward to go there next year again.

We went a couple of times and to be honest we only had a cheese and tomato pizza and a couple of drinks but it was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was so friendly and attentive and this was time and time again. When in Calpe next time will defiantly will visit again and will highly recommend.

It was disappointing that the calamari prawns that we had as entrees were not fresh The mains were also not what you would expect from an Italian the spaghetti bolognaise tasted like a baby meal no herbs spices too sweet. The chicken with mustard sauce absolutely inedible with a slimy consistency. The pizza was a frozen product!! Visualizza piatti

Locale molto italiano sia x l’accoglienza che il cibo, in un quartiere decisamente romantico ma anche molto giovanile. Il Servizio accurato, disponibile, allegro e gentile in particolare il cameriere con la coda ma anche i proprietari. Cibo italiano mediterraneo, ottimi gli ingredienti semplici e di qualità. Abbiamo preso sia dei primi buonissimi che dei secondi, non abbiamo preso vino perché dovevamo camminare. Qualità prezzo ottimissimi. Ps il pane un po’ meno abbrustolito Consigliato. 10/10

My husband and I along with a couple of friends visited this restaurant last night . The food was fine but the service was terrible. The two men ordered the beef cheeks which we were told came with new potatoes and vegetables. When their dishes arrived there was no veg . Eventually I managed to draw the waitress’s attention to this but it was a 10 minute wait for the veg to arrive obviously by which time the meat had been eaten . We had waits for drinks , cutlery serviettes too . Needs some management oversight ..

The cook should hang his hat up and move on. Everything was frozen not fresh, garlic prawns were smelly and the chef must have known this as he tried to disguise the smell by smothering paprika all over it! Gambas al ajillo is one of my fav dishes and I order it a lot, never seen it served like this before so it leads me to believe he was covering up the bad smell. We didn’t eat the dish and the barely awake waiter didn’t bother to ask why we didn’t eat it, just took it away. Calamari al andaluz was dry, rubbery 100% pre fried then frozen then refried. Horrible. We told sleepy, (our waiter) that we would be sharing the starters and he smiled and said ok, like I was asking for his permission,... Visualizza piatti
