"I was reluctantly disappointed by the experience at the Extremis pizzeria. After waiting 30 minutes for the starters which were very good, and I can understand this because it is Saturday evening and there are many seats, the pizzas however arrived after almost an hour! (At 11.28pm) we were seated at 10.04pm. leaving us little time to enjoy them as we had a table booked in another venue, which we had to postpone. I believe that in the concept of extremis they have only taken the reasonable waiting time to an extreme. I hope they can improve their service to offer a more satisfying experience to customers. The pizza was good but nothing special. Furthermore, I would like to point out that the prices charged are quite high and seem to reflect a certain ego, evidenced by the decorated environment of the Pop Art period and the sale of artistic goods. However, despite the cute idea, this performance does not correspond to the quality of the service offered. Last note also goes to the food influencers who talk about it as if it were the best pizzeria in Rome, and who should reconsider how they carry out their work. Until next time"

I felt really bad, terrible service, very long times, for 6 fried foods we waited 45 minutes, after which another hour of waiting for the pizza. Very bad. We ate in 2 and a half hours. Gli ingoti sono ottime pizze di qualità anche se le descrizioni sono esagerate rispetto alla sostanza. I camerieri e camerieri si rivolgono con la cara che trovo inappropriato e non molto piacevole. Ovviamente dopo l'ultimo morso di pizza insistono dicendo che il tavolo è necessario e che si può quindi lasciare..... Trovo che sia un atteggiamento sgradevole. Ovviamente devono riempire i tavoli per il secondo turno. Dal loro punto di vista non fa differenza, ma l'esperienza del cliente è tutt'altro che piacevole... provalo una volta e basta.
