An excellent surprise... Very original dishes, based on the traditions of the Gers, made with love for a job well done, it's so good... Very good interior decor, and if the weather is nice, a terrace on the banks of the Baïse, with a view of the Château de Nerac. Beautiful gastronomic discovery in Nérac in Lot et Garonne. We had salads, perfect for an evening meal after a very long drive. Very original and surprising, an explosion of flavors in the mouth with their salty/sweet frozen accompaniment, homemade creations, subtle but perfectly recognizable taste, the foie gras, Espelette pepper/pepper ice cream, as well as the porcini mushroom ice cream are a real treat Looking forward to going back this week to discover their toast accompanied by other flavors, each more surprising than the last.
