Our favorite after-work kick. Always friendly with a nice touch and well filled glasses. The food is delicious and rich. Special requests are also met without problems.

my man and I were back in the brewhouse after a long time. his comment: I have never eaten so badly...A carving, color gray inside and infinable sauce with pufflingen, he hopefully says that eating was still good. I had baked with toast and cranberries kamembert (what was really what?) the camembert should melt when cutting, the berries were rough and half the pfirsich would have melted.

Der Service ist gut und freundlich, das Essen ohne Beanstandung. Ich habe dort Schweinshaxe und Steak gegessen, was beides hervorragend zubereitet war. Vor allem das Steak perfekt auf den Punkt und mit Folienkartoffel anstatt Pommes oder Kroketten, was nicht selbstverständlich ist, wenn man sich nicht in einem Lokal der gehobenen Preisklasse befindet. Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis top, da geh ich wieder hin.

Bis Ende 2014 eins der besten Brauhäuser, nach dem Inhaber- und Personalwechsel leider genau das Gegenteil. Die Servicekräfte sind professionell freundlich, aber nicht herzlich. Die ehemals gute "Brauhausküche" unter alter Regie ist bestenfalls noch auf "Frittenbudenniveau" (z.B. Champignonssauce mit Dosenpilzen und angedickter Mehlschwitze, Schnitzel aus Formfleisch und zubetoniert, sorry paniert...geht gar nicht).All das wäre, sofern man mit dieser "Qualität" leben kann, kein Problem. Problematisch wird es dann, wenn unter der Rigide des neuen Inhabers eine gehobene Küche ausgelobt wird (erwartet man das in einem Brauhaus?) und das der Wirklichkeit nicht standhalten kann. Sorry, es wird so...
