I cant believe there arent more great reviews. We had such a wonderful meal, food was delicious, lovely view and the waitress was so lovely and helpful!! I cant wait to return!

Visited Valentines Day. The service was atrocious. We had to ask for service Nobody checked how our meals were. We were not offered drinks, other than when we got there first. Will not be going back ,

I went to this restaurant for a casual drink with friends after a workout at the gym. We were served by Trudy, who was very pleasant and efficient. She had great customer interaction and even brought us nuts and snacks to enjoy with our drinks. Highly recommended. Visualizza piatti

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and had a meal every evening. Two nights there were 4 adults and 2 children and one night 7 adults and 2 children. The service and staff were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. The food is fairly standard which was fine for us all and reasonably priced.

The menu is currently limited, but the food was tasty. I tried the Rump steak on the first day, it was okay, a bit tough but had good flavor. The Fish and Chips the next night were not bad, although I would have preferred more mushy peas and the batter was slightly undercooked. I would be interested in returning when the restaurant is fully open and I can dine inside. The service from the staff was excellent, very attentive and professional.

Another lovely return visit to enjoy the relaxing surroundings , delicious food and wonderful service given in the Restaurant. Beth was outstanding as usual and her team were all hardworking and to hand with any issues or questions you have . Which is why when travelling from Somerset we always stop here for food . The smiles and service received is outstanding and they are a credit to the company . Beth , you are a breath of fresh air and thank you for looking after us .. Superb customer service from the minute walking into the restaurant. It was my birthday weekend and travelled from Somerset to meet up with family . This is the second time we’ve used Faradays . Becky and her team are absolutely brilliant. Attentive , smiling , and made us feel like superstars . The food is delicious especially the faggots served on a shovel brilliant idea Chef did us proud . So thank you Becky and gang for making our night outstanding . This hotel offers a breakfast buffet which is fine, plenty of choice and I had a little of just about everything. The fried egg had been on hot hold a little long and was solid no were near runny....it has to be runny!! The cold buffet was extensive and the coffee machine worked and was relatively tasty. Staff helpful and friendly although notices apologising about supply chain shortages mean that they are probably getting some flak, which isnt fair its happening all over, we just need to get on with it and accept what is on offer at the moment. The restaurant was quite busy for a Monday, but I waited over 90 minutes for a cheeseboard. When I chased after about 50 minutes, I was told by the supervisor that they were working on it. The supervisor later came and asked if it was the burger I had ordered, even though I had confirmed it was the cheeseboard. After waiting for 90 minutes, I went to the bar and canceled my order. However, a staff member informed me that they couldn't refund me and I would have to see reception. This was a disappointing customer service experience. The only positives were the lady behind the bar who tried her best to help in a courteous manner, and the guy on reception who handled the situation professionall... Visualizza piatti
