I love this restaurant; it is the second time I have eaten here, the first time two years ago. The food is still amazing and the level of detail that goes into everything can be watched from the seats at counter. We loved all the seven, eight, ?, courses and marveled at the diversity and depth of flavors that this small kitchen and staff produces. Wonderful wines accompany the delicious food. The staff is lovely and attentive the second visit was even better and I will be back the next time I 'm in jolly Paris . Merci and à bientôt.

Superb taste experience. Being at the counter in front of the kitchen teams who work discreetly and professionally to prepare your plates completely changes the trip. The dishes are sublime, the combinations precise and the quantities honest. The pleasant and attentive service and nothing to say about the wines and cocktails. Everything is well thought out and works in lovely harmony. Very happy to have chosen FIEF on this occasion . Vegetarian options: The restaurant offers a 5-course, entirely vegetarian menu served in the dining room and not at the counter. The 10-course menu at the counter is not basic. Ask the restaurant if this is possible or not.

Came by for dinner the other night and it was a tasty experience. FIEF is a French Michelin 1 star restaurant with kitchen counter seating or indoor dining room seating. Opted for the grand tasting menu for 165€ at 8 pm exclusively and it was a 2.5 hour dinner featuring 10 courses with a view of the kitchen the entire night. Most of the courses were excellent, from the flavors, textures, and contrasts. I did notice that they reuse some of the sauces, resulting those sauces being quite bold/salty. Weaker parts of the evening included the bread which was a surprise. The miso butter was phenomenal.
