"my man and I visited the chip shop last week and ordered a seafood tablet each. they were damn tasty! squid, garnel, cadjau, coleslaw, chips and a dip for 7. definitiw the best fish and chips I had for years. the chips were beautiful and squishy like chips when I was a child and burst the fish selection with taste. it was all served in cartons instead of filigree polystyrene dishes. since our visit I have believed more and cannot expect to go back when we are close. nice clean shop and the guy behind the counter was so nice, friendly and polite. 5*"

while they stayed for the weekend in barry island, it was about drinks. was a good place for a drink, with friendly staff. great herzogbox and great atmosphere at the evenings.

Lovely pub and atmosphere. Shame the bar staff are rude. Glasses are not clean and it's the end of the world to them if you ask for a replacement. Come here if you want **** service

we were greeted by the elegant elena when we came in. she made us welcome and like a long lost friend. we had food and drinks, our scampi/battered fish dinner came fast and was hot and delicious. pleasant atmosphere (local were friendly as...good) with music game. it is a must if you plan a trip to barry island.
