Flames Pizza - Piatti

The chicken nuggets lacked flavor and were chewy, the chips were bland, and the pizza was greasy and terrible. It was a waste of money totaling £30.

This has to be the worst takeaway I have ever been to, the chicken must of been cooked x3 times. I wouldn't give this food away never mind sell it. AVOID !!!!!!

The staff at this restaurant are extremely impolite and constantly have their earphones in, chatting on their phones and not giving proper attention to the customers in the takeaway area. Visualizza piatti

the food was amazing and has improved so much , the shop was very clean and hygienic. The food i actually really enjoyed it was amazing and the staff was also very friendly and helpful and i got served my food very quickly

I've been coming here every month or two since I moved to Endmoor a few years ago and can't fault it. The staff are always friendly, the food very tasty and as for the portion size, well, when i visit my mate in London I order twice as much as I do when at Flames as their sizes just don't compare!

This company only take cash!!! The food is only mediocre and mostly cold and very expensive, price has almost doubled in a year!! Assuming paid the builder who just titivated the shop also got paid in cash and the products used probably all get paid in cash, otherwise what do they do with all that cash? No denying its popularity as it's always busy here, but there is very limited eat-in space.The pizza is great (although a little greasy) and nothing beats the french fries and chilli sauce, although the menu is pretty diverse for a pizza place. Everything is reasonably priced with a quick turn-around, and you can see your food being made with fresh ingredients just behind the counter.

We drove a long way to get this take away. Rang the telephone over 20 times to confirm our order and no answer!!! This was all before 10.30pm. The website states they are open until 11pm. We arrive at the shop to find it all closed and lights out!! We were a family of 5 and and all really hungry this was 10.45pm. Obviously cannot comment on the food as we DIDNT GET ANY!!!! I expect somewhere that states they are open until 11pm stays open until 11pm!! Will not be returning! The Indian just round the corner will get our custom next time.

I have always enjoyed this takeaway until recently. I ordered a couple of weeks ago at the till with two young girls who were plain rude and were more concerned about how their paper hats looked on their heads than serving me. Simple customer service was none existant. Too top it off they missed off items I had ordered. Tonight I returned to collect another order including the items missed off from the last visit. Again... Items missing.... Called up again to tell them and was greeted by a lovely girl who apologised even though she hadn't took the order. She arranged for us to come back and collect what was missing..
