"Mia moglie ed io abbiamo visitato l'Osteria Al Squero durante un recente viaggio a Venezia. Questa osteria è specializzata nei Cicchetti, che sono essenzialmente tapas veneziani. Appena arrivati, abbiamo notato una fila fuori dalla porta ma si è spostata rapidamente. Ho ordinato una varietà di Cicchetti e un paio di Aperol Spritz. Abbiamo gustato il nostro pasto all'aperto accanto a un canale. Di fronte al canale c'era un laboratorio di gondole che offriva una bella vista mentre godavamo del cibo. Uno dei cicchetti includeva del baccalà cremoso, un altro aveva formaggio cremoso con pomodoro succulento, un altro aveva maiale grasso con rosmarino, un altro aveva cipolla saporita con pesce saporito, un altro aveva tonno cremoso con olive salate, e l'ultimo aveva olive saporite con acciughe saporite. Nel complesso, il cibo era delizioso e l'Osteria Al Squero è valsa la visita."

"Roscioli, one of the most famous clubs in Rome. I often found myself reading the various positive reviews and so, driven by curiosity, I booked a table for lunch. The place is characteristic because, being also a delicatessen, it has various cured meats and cheeses on display and as soon as you enter, you can smell all the scent that these products give off! Inside the restaurant there is also a cellar where there are tables and many shelves with wine of all kinds. First, my boyfriend and I started with appetizers based on cured meats (raw ham Italy vs Spain and cheeses (mixed cheeses , accompanied by a basket of various types of bread and a jar of mixed taralli, all handcrafted. Finally, we ordered a cacio e pepe. All delicious, generous portions and high quality food! Furthermore, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, ready to answer all our questions. Conclusion? If you find yourself in Rome, a visit to Roscioli is mandatory!"

"Flew in from Boston and just came off a three night stay in Venice. Checked out all the great reviews of In Buffalo and decided to go for dinner. The whole experience was top notch. Our waiter was hands down the BEST! In the end we bonded with Fabio so much, we wanted to take him home with us, it was like I’ve known him for years. The Manager was also very classy and professional and couldn’t thank us enough for coming in. On top of that, the food was exceptional, couldn’t get enough of it. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits Sorrento, you won’t be dissapointed! We will be back."

"We returned with a group of friends, but compared to yesterday, today with us there was a one and a half year old girl who unfortunately wasn 't feeling well and spent some time crying, despite us all trying to calm her down. At a certain point the dining room manager (or actually the owner, I didn 't quite understand who she was) approached the parents saying Can you make her stop? Out of respect for the other customers as if making her cry was a whim for us, or as if we were singing at the top of our lungs without caring about anyone else. How dare a restaurant manager behave like this towards a customer? We were shocked and speechless, we had never had such a surreal experience. Maybe the lady doesn 't know that the children don 't have the ON/OFF button or the silent option. We should have explained it to him, probably. Even when the father took the little girl out, passing in front of her, she covered her ears with her fingers. An out of place and disrespectful attitude. It 's a shame because the food is good and the waitresses were all friendly. We paid €40 each for central starters with fried gnocchi, cured meats and cheeses, a risotto or cutlet each and two bottles of wine (there were 10 of us). One star goes to the zero behavior and hospitality of this woman, who ruined our lunch. So no, we will not return or recommend it. Learned manners and how to treat customers. Kid-friendliness: Absolutely not, the woman who runs the place is allergic to children. For a little girl who was crying he told us to make her stop because it was not respectful to other customers. When her father took her out and passed her, she covered her ears with her fingers. What happened was crazy."

"Ristorante di qualità e di raffinata accoglienza al centro di Roma, in piazza capranica a ridosso del pantheon e delle principali sedi istituzionali. La nostra visita si è svolta pranzo, in maniera casuale, ed abbiamo scoperto un luogo di grande suggestione tra l'antico ed il moderno stile industry-commercial, riadattando un vecchio emporio per vendita di vini ed olii molto noto a Roma, e che vede ancora oggi per padroni, gli originali fondatori che oggi hanno cantine di produzione nella zona del frosinate. Cucina della tradizione tipicamente Romana, con antipasti alla Romana tipica (tra carciofi, porchetta, salsiccia e mortadella e pecorino di varia stagionatura) o delle particolari tartare di manzo al coltello, con primi dalla Amatriciana fino alla Cacio e Pepe, passando per la Carbonara o Gricia e via dicendo. Ad alcuni primi inoltre, sono state proposte piccole ma studiate rivisitazioni di alcune delle principali pietanze, senza snaturarne la bontà o l'originale gustosa sensazione. I secondi piatti risultano saporiti e molto gradevoli, siano essi di carne o pesce, ciò che abbiamo notato e' la particolare attenzione alla materia prima e per tutti i piatti in genere, sono stati presentati con grande attenzione nell'impiattamento. Dolci davvero gustosi (sopratutto i dolci dello chef, una mousse finissima ed ornata di frutto della passione con cioccolato e pistacchi, ma anche i classici come ad esempio la crema catalana in mousse ecc) Grande attenzione alla carta dei vini prettamente regionale, con divagazione anche su altre poche cantine di altre regioni. La scelta è caduta su un ottimo vino delle cantine romane locali, un DOCG rosso di ottima fattura e gradazione adeguata (14gradi) Considerando qualità dei prodotti, vini scelti e servizio (quest'ultimo ottimo e di grande ed attenta attenzione al cliente, con simpatia ma mai irrispettoso)...il conto e' risultato in linea con tutto ciò! Consigliatissimo a chi vuol mangiare la tradizione con eleganza ma anche con semplicità!"

"Posto molto carino, situato a due passi dal centro storico di Verona. Ottime proposte per l'aperitivo, con varie offerte di spritz e taglieri di salumi di diverse dimensioni (abbiamo optato per la dimensione piccola al prezzo di 15 euro, proporzionato per 2 persone). Per i primi piatti, il risotto all'amarone, tipico della tradizione veneta, era molto buono e i bigoli all'amatriciana erano abbastanza buoni, ma non sono riusciti a colpire nel segno, risultando piuttosto anonimi e lontani dalla tradizione romana. Buona scelta di vini e buon rapporto qualità-prezzo."

"L'atmosfera era fantastica. Siamo andati per il compleanno di mia moglie e siamo rimasti davvero colpiti dalla decorazione, dalla musica dal vivo e dall'illuminazione, che era eccezionale. Il cibo è cominciato con del pane omaggiato, molto burroso. Anche le nostre bevande erano abbastanza buone. La star della serata sono stati i piatti principali. "This was the absolute best pasta we had during our whole stay in Italy! The Carbonara was the best I ever had with very tasty bacon slices, just the right amount of cheese and perfect consistency. The Ravioli Cacio Pepe with Black Truffle was super delicious and it had a very generous amount of truffles which was shaved on top upon serving by the actual owner, Simona, who was a very gracious host. For starters, the carciofi (artichokes) alla giudea and fried fiore di zucca was very good. For dessert, the homemade Tiramisu was also the best I had during our entire trip. This will be my first stop the next time we go back to Rome!"

"We saw the photos on the internet and it is nothing like reality, the pasta was cold, it had no flavor and the bread was horrible, it seems that the ravioli is the one you buy in the supermarket for €3 and they give it to you only warmed up in the microwave and the meat was horrible and had no good color and the spaghetti had no real flavor I would NOT recommend it for the world!! "We called a couple days prior for a reservation which is recommended if you want to get a table. Ricky was our server and was friendly, offered great suggestions, and did a wonderful job. We got the cheese appetizer, boar parpadelle, pasta with artichoke and bacon, chicken in lemon sauce, lamb, tiramisu, and the blackberry tart. The pastas were fantastic and definitely the best dishes we ordered! The chicken in my opinion was just okay, it’s definitely not the star of the menu. The wine was only €15 or so and was the perfect addition to the meal. Loved it and so glad it was our last meal before heading back home from our trip!"

"Una volta entrato, il gestore del locale che stava preparando i panini è stato così gentile da dirmi che non ci eravamo nemmeno salutati, facendo attenzione, mi sta venendo il capogiro questa mattina. Come se non fosse già abbastanza, mi ha poi detto con un tono minaccioso che il tavolo aveva bisogno di essere pulito eh (come se fossi io a doverlo pulire). A quel punto ho detto alla mia ragazza di andare e ci siamo alzati. Un'esperienza veramente spiacevole, anche gli altri clienti erano scioccati dal suo comportamento. Sarà anche in grado di fare buoni panini, ma questo atteggiamento è da evitare. Alla fine, fortunatamente abbiamo mangiato alla Pizzicheria da Miccoli dove ci hanno trattato come signori e non come ladri!"

"We had a very cozy evening at this Pakistani restaurant! Best wishes for the nice waiter, he even noticed a spot on a main course 's plate after eating a soup and changed it to a clean one! Also he friendly adviced us about the meal choices and portions while we were waiting for our meal, we got some crispy bread with three great sauces hot one, with mint and with taste of tamarinds. I just fell in love with mint sauce! We ordered two soups lentils soup and chicken soup with garlic bread and cheese bread. As a main dish we took chicken with saffron, nuts and papaya ! and curry chicken. Also we took one portion of Basmati rice. The meal was soo good! Warm, not too heavy, spicy, but not too hot. Also we tried Indian beer Kamasutra and Kingfisher this one was perfect! As a dessert we had rice pudding with saffron, it had a very rich taste and a different texture nothing similar to those vanilla puddings from supermarkets We really appreciated a quiet atmosphere withoud loud music, it 's extraordinary nowadays! We strongly reccomend You to visit this place!"
