Von unserer Reservierung über OpenTable wusste die Bedienung nichts. Machte nichts, war eh nichts los. 3. Mit unserem Tisch waren drei Tische belegt. Trotzdem war die Bedienung total überfordert. Deckt nicht bei mir sondern am leeren Platz gegenüber ein, bedient erst die neuen Gäste, braucht 15 min. an der Kasse zum Bonieren. 1. Tag? Dann bitte nicht alleine laufen lassen. 4. Nach 15 min. hatten wir die Karte 5. Nach 30 min. war noch immer keine Getränkeabfrage erfolgt Dann kam Verstärkung Schichtleitung? Diese bediente auch den neuen Tisch... Daraufhin sind wir gegangen. Traurig für eine Gastronomie in einem 4 Sterne Hotel... Ps. Finde den legereren Kleidungsstil ja sehr ansprechend. Besser als den gewohnten unpersönliche, spießigen 4*Sterne Business Look. Aber dann bitte richtig. Schicke Bluse und sehr grobe Jeans Sportschuhe passen nicht zusammen. Eine etwas schickere Jeans darf es dann doch sein. Und ggf. einfarbig schwarze Sportschuhe."

"If a family has been leading an Italian Sicilian restaurant for 40 years without interruption in a German city, you can talk about a tradition of Italian Sicilians. Forty years at the same location, vis a vis of the Wuppertal swimming pool and not even an ideal location, about 1.5 kilometres from the city. We haven't been here for a long time, of course it's not 40 years ago, but two or three years. We entered. Just like before, always full. The atmosphere has changed to the advantage. Two times the Antipasto Taormina (12, Euro a Person , Filetto de Manzo (Rinderfilet mit Stein Pilz, 29, Euro und die Gamberoni a la Taormina (Riesengarnelen mit Parmaschinken, 26, Euro). While we felt a bit loud when entering the restaurant, it was in the Separee (but much quieter).
