"We have arrived and look forward to a “all you can eat” prefer small samples of a wide variety of multicultural foods. In reality, you can eat so much soup (pick from 2), salad and deserts (developed by obvious business purchased cakes, mint cakes and quirty cream). The limited desert options were a little stable. Leave yourself in the open with children who help themselves. You can then choose 1 item from the net, not everything you can eat, as described on their website, to think Trade Description Act sources. To be fair, the food was better than expected, although we were surprised that it has a 5* review about the Conwy Council Food Hygiene. We were a table of 3 : we had Rump Steak, lamb and roast chicken dinner. The veg was obviously frozen and not pleasant at all. The menu was like a take-away menu, this simply approved the entire ambience. The waiter, Jack, if I remember correctly, was great, we couldn't break his service. That said we had no food check backs, the dishes were not removed from our table and we felt quite “in the way” as we were the last guests. Eugine, we suspect that the Barman could be at the reception when we were gone. A very strong BO smell from him was our parting gift. We have fucked that we were glad that he was called Eugine and not Hygiene Living local, we chose this place after an advertisement in a local newspaper, we will not return soon."

brilliant friendly staff and excellent service breakfast and dinner plus beautiful room stay 4 nights all security good with kovid and wear masks around the hotel the waiting room and bar is definitely back to stay x

for some days recently very clean, room good breakfast good standard also with current Kovid eating restrictions. the one thing especially good the possibility of an evening meal very good choice of the menu the money worth a 3 or 2 choice course available. parking space limited at the back, but must enter at busy times.

I booked to celebrate my wife’s birthday attracted by the the long table and all you can eat buffet. I rang the hotel for directions and asked for details of the buffet. I was shocked to be told the buffet was not available this completely spoiled our plans. Seems this buffet idea is to get customers on a flakes product. We ordered rump steak, lamb shank, and roast chicken dinner, but found the vegetables to be frozen and not enjoyable. The menu felt more like a take-out menu, which detracted from the overall dining experience. The service from our waiter, Jack, was excellent, but there were no check-backs on the food and the dishes were left on our table for a long time. As we were leaving, we noticed a strong body odor from a staff member named Eugine, who we suspect was the barman. It was a humorous ending to our experience. Overall, we chose this restaurant based on a local advertisement but won't be returning any time soon.

Upon arrival, we were expecting a full buffet menu as advertised on the website. However, it turned out to be just unlimited salad, hot drinks, and desserts. Despite this, the selection was excellent and we all enjoyed different starters including soup, pate, cheese bites, and orange juice. Our main courses, which included Cottage Pie, mixed grill, korma curry, and salmon in parsley sauce, were also fantastic with large portions.
