"I had made an online reservation for my son's birthday, but when we arrived, the restaurant was closed as it had moved locations. We went to the new location, but it wasn't open yet. I was shocked by my experience. I made an online reservation and even received an email reminder the day before, only to arrive and find the restaurant closed! It was quite disappointing and embarrassing for the birthday girl.
