"had a nice late lunch, early dinner at frankie benny in gunwharf quays. harrison took care of us. very friendly and gave us additional time if I could not decide what to order. the best part was that he didn't come by and looked after us when we had full the month. that always brings me. I hope he waited and appreciated it perfectly. I liked that. was great eating. very tasty and filling. mac and cheese burger with Cajun cheeseries. my new fav! Five stars."

Sam the waiter was very good and he was new very hot on the upper steak salad poor overcooked and dry steak my daugjter did not want to complain x

Sam, our waiter, was excellent. However, the steak salad at this restaurant was disappointing - the steak was overcooked and dry. My daughter didn't want to complain, but we were not satisfied with the dish.

fantastic customer service tonight, especially from harrison our waiter. eating was amazing as usual. we also sat outside, which looked good in the centre of gunwharf quays. I would definitely recommend mac and cheese, cheese burger

I gave a lunch with my mother and my son. the customer service was exceptional. I would like to thank megan and harrison, who were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. the food was really nice and arrived very quickly. Thank you! we will definitely visit again.

Franky and Bennys are a great place. The theme was with opentable.co.uk, which a booking for a family birthday only for arrival at the venue and to find it closed for renovation. As you can imagine, I was best not happy to find another place to eat for 7 of us on St Patrick's day night.

I visited the Portsmouth restaurant 3 times this week. There were 8 of us including a 3 year old and a 4 year old. Nothing was too much for the happy and helpful staff. The food was great and the atmosphere relaxed. The staff seemed genuinely happy and enjoying their work. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome.

visited tonight after I went to the cinema with my partner, was actually the best I had! amazing service of samuel, who dealt with all my allergies and ask professionally and took me seriously! absolutely fantastic service and eating was also great. then also received a discount on our food for the visit of the cinema before!

Franky and Benny's is a fantastic restaurant. However, there was an issue with OpenTable.co.uk, who took and confirmed a booking for a family birthday celebration, only for us to arrive at the venue and discover that it was closed for refurbishment. Needless to say, I was very disappointed to have to find another place to eat for seven people on St. Patrick's Day evening.
