Frankie Benny's Bristol

Nice staff, dirty menus and table. Food inedible. Egg whites raw, “avocado” seems to be some mush out of a jar ? and the salmon is not nice. I paid on the app and I’m on holiday or about to be so I didn’t make a fuss, just went and got a croissant from the takeaway. £15 down the drain.

Awful service. I waited over an hour and a half for my desert which despite asking the staff never arrived. I had already paid for the desert but after waiting this long I gave up and left. Really poor service. Avoid this place its far too busy, has a reduced menu and it's service is terrible.

Stopped here before my flight and have to say it has gone downhill. The quality of food has deteriorated, the portion sizes for the price is poor, and the drinks are pretty shocking too. Giving 3*’s as it used to be a pretty good place, not sure if I stopped by on a bad day or if this place is genuinely this bad now. Visualizza piatti

Busy at the airport! I understand workers are busy but there is no need to be rude, the woman looked like a supervisor or manager so not impressed. However there was one lady call Lumi who was lovely!! Made the stressful time at the airport all worth it! She definitely deserves a raise or a gift or promotion! Wonderful lady!!!

Off on an early flight…checked in…meet friends in Frankie and bennys…coffee and pastries…ran out of pastries…but Lataya was on it…up sold me muffins and eggs/bacon…then out she had only in working there 2x weeks….I’m in the trade…she should be very proud of herself….lataya…keep at it…you’ll get a pay rise! The staff were busy but very attentive, that was a good experience. The food was tasty but expensive, that understood to be expected in an airport unfortunately. I ordered a hamburger with cheese with sweet potato fries and that’s what I got although small and looked lonely on the plate. Visited the F&B at Bristol airport on 9th September where the entire restaurant was managed by one person, a male. He was great in how he was able to accommodate everyone as best as possible however it was clear he was extremely stretched, unable to provide a quality of service with no check backs, refills etc... There were a few items not on the menu which was frustrating. Surely in an airport you would have organised more staff?

Absolutely dire, £11 for something I 'd give to my dog. I ordered a breakfast and it was on my table in about 2 minutes no so freshly cooked as prepared maybe at the start of the shift. You wouldnt mind too much if the place was busy but I was the only customer. I 'm still hungry after the full English . The place was empty but the tables were filthy and the staff were in no rush to clean. Next time, I 'll get a sandwich from Boots instead! Shame on this business that doesn 't give a fig about itself or customers

My wife and I have just been through Bristol airport with our 5 year old and figured frankie and bennys would be a decent place to eat in the hour we had to spare. The manager Liam seated us and proceeded to take both food and drinks orders and checked in with us during the meal. He made what was a surprisingly good burger dinner into a great experience with his amazing attitude and demeanour. Food in 10 minutes hot well cooked and delicious! We had to run to catch our gate and he followed us to give us the free dessert my daughter was entitled to but we weren't aware! Truly made a mundane airport visit into an enjoyable experience.
