"I had a truly disappointing experience from start to finish. We waited 25 minutes without any service before a staff member finally appeared to take our order after we stood at the kitchen door. Even after placing our order, we had to wait another 20 minutes before I inquired about our food again. The waiter dismissed my concerns about the poor service. The food was fried and unremarkable, though the dessert was enjoyable. Overall, I would never return or recommend this place. While the waiter did offer us a discount due to the service issues, it still didn’t make up for the overall poor experience."

I had a very disappointing experience from beginning to end. We waited 25 minutes without any service, and after standing by the kitchen door, I finally managed to get a staff member to take our order. Another 20 minutes passed with no drinks until I had to ask about them again. The waiter openly acknowledged that the service was lacking. The food was fried and rather unremarkable, although the dessert was enjoyable. Overall, I would never return or recommend this place. The waiter did suggest giving us a discount due to the poor service, but it still didn't make up for the experience.

"Never knew about this amazing little family restaurant ,for meI found at perfect time,having to visit Beechwood surgery every day for nurse treatment, it became regular coffee and toastie morning ,always same excellent caring welcome,with now and again a wonderful pasta dish ,my introduction to proper Italian food cooked to perfection in front of me ,can't recommend this place enough ,so if it's not yet on your bucket list get it on there ,a very very satisfied customer thank you Mario and Chris"

"The restaurant was clean and a bit busy last Saturday AM (28/10). The service wasn't the best really, as the greeter kept us waiting at the entrance for some time before we were seated. The waitress did her best to cater to us though she was the only one available. We had the southern chicken waffle with bacon and maple syrup. The food was ok actually but the portion is not a big one so don't have that if you're hungry!"

"I visited this place today with my 6 friends for brunch at 12:00, upon recommendation from one of them. The place is very easy to find being Newport Retail Park, in Spytty, downstairs of Tesco’s Extra. You can park at Tesco’s for free up to 3 hours or park at the Retail Parl unlimited duration.the restaurant is fairly new opened approximately 3 months ago. It’s very big, spacious, tables are not crowded, it’s nicely and elegantly decorated in pretty blue colour. There’s a big bar at the entrance. There’s a nice golden trimmed sette at the entrance perfect for souvenirs photo before you leave. The place has a large conservatory that’s very bright and oversees the retail park and the road. The roof and the sides of it can be automatically lifted weather permitting . Staff are very attentive and friendly from owner Mr. Ghareeb, to waiter John and finally chef Roza. We immediately had free jugs of iced tap water followed by complimentary Turkish tea (Chai) in tiny Eastcan. We ordered Turkish breakfast £8, English breakfast £8.50 that came with complimentary fresh hot off the oven Turkish bread. The restaurant can cater for big parties and events with open buffet. I fully recommend visiting and I will definitely revisit. BTW, all meat is HALAL."

"Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast with my 13 year old granddaughter at this lovely place recently. The staff were friendly welcoming and happy to make adjustments to the breakfast ordered by my granddaughter who 'didn 't like ' certain things replacing them with her preferred favourites! The cakes looked delicious too but we didn 't sample on this occasion....will be returning soon!"
