Outstanding food! One of the finest Jägerschnitzels I have had. My son had the steak, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The salad bar allows you to make that perfect dinner salad! Finally, wonderful service throughout dinner. Well done!

This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff and lovely rooms. The breakfast buffet is also awesome! This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in all of Germany. We had great stay and will be coming back here anytime we are in the area. Service: 5

[Hallo liebe Familie Fröhlich Ich bin Hertha Kullmann's Enkel, Kai! Ich hoffe es geht euch alle gut! My wife and I haven't been back since 2006, but we had a lovely stay here then, and hope to return someday with our son, who's already 9 now. It's nice to see the hotel is as well reviewed as ever the Fröhlich family has clearly continued their tradition of running one of the best hotels and restaurants in the greater KL area. We wish them many more great years, and can't wait to be back one day!

Were in K'lautern for football. Hotel about 4 km from the center. The “hotel’s own” bus stop is right in front of the door. The bus runs every hour and directly to the center. Had a twin room facing the street. The traffic could be clearly heard. But at night it is rather quiet. Rooms with simple furnishings. Beds were very comfortable and the cleanliness was excellent. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very tasty...we didn't miss anything. So an absolute recommendation for us

I must thank Mr Fröhlich and he has picked up and brought me back at low cost from the Kaiserslautern railway station. This service is unique! The hotel is great, the rooms very clean, you feel very comfortable. Very nice furnishings, bathroom and shower great! Breakfast buffet excellent! Couldn't have been the restaurant, noon or night, but the nose told me when I went down from the stairs as it went home, that must be good! A bus service is in front of the hotel, you can easily reach the city of Kaiserslautern! A secret tip! There are many tips from the Fröhlich family to get to know the surroundings. Thanks again! You're great!

Nach fast einem Jahr waren wir gestern wieder mal essen bei Fröhlichs. Wir waren ehrlich gesagt etwas enttäuscht und als wir im Nachhinein auf der Rechnung noch festgestellt haben, dass wir für zwei Salatteller vom Buffet noch je 4,90 Euro gezahlt haben, waren wir erschrocken. Denn, da es keine große Auswahl auf dem Buffet gab, waren unsere Salatteller wirklich winzig klein. Ich hatte zwei Blätter Blattsalat mit etwas Dressing, mein Mann zwei Esslöffel Krautsalat... Leider habe ich das nicht fotografiert. Ich meine mich zu erinnern, das der Salat immer im Essen inbegriffen war. Ich weiß, dass alles teurer geworden ist und auch Fröhlichs ihre Kosten decken müssen, aber das finde ich dann doch...
