"Wir waren gestern Nachmittag zum Mittagessen im Bistro und saßen draußen. Die Tische sind sehr klein, doch wir haben die schöne Deko während des Essens beiseite gestellt, dann ging es. Mein Mann hat das orientalische Lammragout gegessen, er war begeistert. Ich habe mich für das Piccata Milanese (Kalbsschnitzel im Parmesanmantel) entschieden und das Fleisch war kaum schneidbar und zäh. Mein Mann hat dies auch getestet und war der gleichen Ansicht. Bewusst habe ich ein Stück auf dem Teller gelassen, damit man sich davon überzeugen konnte. Dem Kellner habe ich dies beim Abräumen mitgeteilt. Er meinte, er gebe es an die Küche weiter…………. Beim Zahlen habe ich ihn gefragt, was den die Küche dazu meinte. Sein Kommentar: man habe dies bestätigt, und man wird in Zukunft darauf achten."

"Die Bewertungen, die es im Internet zu diesem Restaurant gibt, können wir absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Wir sind weder Freunde des Wirts noch bekommen wir Geld für eine Bewertung, trotzdem möchten wir hier unsere Erfahrungen mitteilen.Wir besuchen das Restaurant mindestens alle 8 Wochen, mal zu zweit, mal in einer ganzen Gruppe, hauptsächlich weil es dort die beste Lasagne in der Gegend gibt. Das Lokal war jedes Mal immer bestens besucht und wir waren froh, dass wir einen Tisch reserviert hatten. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und außerdem flexibel, wenn es um Sonderwünsche gibt. Natürlich kann es ab und zu vorkommen, dass man ein bisschen länger auf das Essen warten muss, aber das ist uns das Essen absolut wert!"

"We were booked in May 2023 for 2 nights in 2 double rooms. I was present for one night. The “wellness hotel” declared by HRS was quite old and did not have an open indoor swimming pool and the day before our arrival we found out at short notice that the restaurant was also closed. We deliberately chose the hotel because of its own restaurant... The telephone availability was catastrophic, the owner justified this by saying that guests would often call for weather information from Tititsee. The owner, Mr. Franz, also assured me over the phone that they would accommodate the costs of my two dogs due to the inconvenience of the restaurant being closed. Since I was still of the old school when it came to the spoken word, I trusted his words and didn't take them in writing. When we left, however, the receptionist denied him that he wasn't in the house, but I had already seen him at breakfast. The lady at the reception told me that the boss had changed his mind and that there was no concession regarding the costs for 2 dogs. Cowardly act by an dishonest hotelier. I have never experienced anything like it. I travel privately and for business at least 180 days a year! So I paid 30.00 euros for one night in this flophouse for 2 small dogs. In comparison, the 5 star Hotel Roomers in Baden-Baden charges 29 euros for the 2 Yorkshire Terriers. The selection at breakfast is positive. The cleanliness in the room left something to be desired, there were black hairs in the freshly made bed. There was a used, probably unwashed blanket full of hair for the dogs. Conclusion: ONCE and NEVER again Rooms: If you don't value cleanliness, this is the place for you. Nearby activities: The thermal baths are in the immediate vicinity Walkability: Central location in Titisee"

"So that was the worst restaurant. We were here the last time. It used to be great under different management. We had specially ordered a table. Even though there were only a few guests there, we had to wait around 20 minutes for drinks. He didn't take the food order even after three quarters of an hour. Other guests who came after us were served faster. He walked past our table 3-6 times. It's a shame... We then left without eating and if you still need staff you hire them to ensure good service. And above all, to have satisfied guests. In my opinion, Kallex doesn't deserve a star. I'll never go there again and I won't be disappointed."

"We came a few nights ago and enjoyed, so we came again. It took the restaurante over an hour and a quarter to bring the food. It took almost half an hour untill they took the order, although we called them again and again. after that they came to say that they dont have one of the dishes (which we ordered of). We complained a few times and all they said was that the kitchen was busy, although the restaurante was not food. When we said the kids are starving and asked to get whichever dish is ready, they insisted that they take out all the dishes together. Only after wr got upset, they agreed to bring out pizzas before the rest of the dishes. After waiting for so long, it doesnt matter how the food was. We were all upset and the kids were starved. Highly unrecommended."
