We stayed by a bike traveler for an evening in Gengenbach and have reserved a table on the basis of the good reviews. We were not disappointed, the flame cakes are super tasty, we still had a salad on the way, everything freshly prepared and the price performance was right. We felt very comfortable and will surely look back in again when we are in Gengenbach again.

Immer noch genauso lecker wie vor 20 Jahren. Es gibt jetzt auch viele vegetarische Optionen, die auf Wunsch auch problemlos abgewandelt/ergänzt werden können. Hier noche ein paar kleine Tipps: Wer Knoblauch und ein bisschen Schärfe mag, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Der Knoblauch wird nicht weich gebacken, sondern kurz vor Ende draufgepresst und behält somit seinen vollen Geschmack. Es sind einige Zehen auf jedem Flammkuchen. Ein weiteres absolutes Muss, stellt der flambierte Apfelflammenkuchen dar. Soooo lecker. Auf Wunsch werden auch hier wieder nur Teile flambiert.
