"Unfortunately, the service is a disaster. The preparation of the drinks took forever. The ordered old beer with Cola was a normal Cola beer (very likely because the extremely overwhelming, inexperienced operation didn't know what is old beer) and the acid-sprayed apple wine extremely watery. We waited for our pizzas for over 45 minutes, although the remaining 18 guests in the restaurant had already eaten. Inconveniently, the acceptance of the order was only 20 minutes after we had received our drinks and was only made on our request. Tastefully the pizzas were okay, no specialty and slightly salted. After dinner our plates were not cleared and no one came to our table, so we could not order drinks or dessert. To our demand, we were finally cashed. This process again took much more time than usual. By the way, our empty plates were still standing on the table at this time (in the meantime stacked by us in the middle) but not disturbed at all. Conclusion: Absolutely lacking service quality and also feeling lacking experience in gastronomy. I wish the operator that he takes the criticism of all reviews here too heartily and urgently cultivates his staff. Until then, my first and last visit under the current owner remains a pity."

!!! ATTENTION NEW BESITZER!!! The food in particular the carvings unfortunately do not come to the old quality. Liebevoll, rustikal. Ein altes, sehr sauberes Hotel mit guter Schlafqualität. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter/innen. Hier habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme bei meiner nächsten Dienstreise gerne wieder. Das Essen im Gasthof ist sehr gut mit großer Portion, das Frühstück vom Hotel auch super.

Die Zimmer sind schon sehr betagt und leider nicht mehr wirklich Stand der Technik. Frühstück war ok, man bekommt einen Teller mit 2 Brötchen und etwas Wurst/Käse/Marmelade. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und engagiert. Leider hat bei uns das WiFi vom Hotel nicht funktioniert. Alles in Allem in Ordnung wenn man für 1-2 Nächte eine günstige Unterkunft braucht, mehr aber auch nicht.
