"What shone for us at the glasshouse was the staff, we received fabulous service, great advice on tapas meal choice and the venue as a result had a lovely welcoming feel. We were offered a private booth in the restaurant to have our business lunch which we really appreciated. Food was great, location fabulous and proximity to the Printworks NCP was perfect. Would certainly return."

Oh, my God, our waiter really didn't want us there. when everyone was finished, his plate was chased away with speed of flash. Unfortunately, the same speed was not detected when providing drinks for the table.

disappointment, we reserved the evening of the New Year's Eve and after taking our order the waitress and coming to tell us that the chef was not feeling well and that he couldn't cook! a night of waking without meals and so we had to go eat in a fast food! I'm really poor!

the waitress was rude and unimaginable. the menu didn't match what we had seen in the room on our smart tw. as the question after this waitress did not say the menu changed a few months ago as if to say it wasn't her problem. when ordering drinks not all available and it felt as if she tried to bring my wife into order something. we left before we eat!
