"when I visited dinkelsbühl, I discovered the golden lamb. very nice menu also with imaginative food for vegetarians. I've eaten royine paste. fresh champignons in delicious light cream sauce - delicious. semmelknödel with pfifferlingen with cream sauce also delicious. kalbsbäckchen - was too meaty but tasty to me. schollenfilet unusual with speck and swirling and kartoffeln - but has wonderfully harmonized. to the conclusion then the fish plate - smoker trout, salmon and shrimps meerrettich and crimson baguette - was not big but wonderful in quality. to the dessert then chocolate chick - we were all thrilled."
