You can get superior food and service at a high end chain steakhouse in the USA ie Morton’s, Del Frisco’s, Capital Grille etc. I guess I expected too much."

We went for the name Gordon Ramsey , nothing stood up to it. All good was tasteless , and service was very very slow. Will never come back.

Great food but let down by an abrupt and rude waiter. When paying premium prices you expect a certain level of service and this fell short.

My husband and I visited London for the first time and we promised ourselves to eat Beef Wellington at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant…and so we did.

Service was incredibly slow and the Wellington was cooked well but not tasty at all…bread was 4.5 pounds, and burned, much like the puff pastry on the Wellington.

Nice evening, nice place. very good experience. nb: the very basic green salad. a mix of young shoots or mesclun would have been appreciated. serving of ceviche a little just for the price but delicious. beef fillet and fries, wonderful and perfect cooking.

The steak was literally so cold which my mrs tried it also and she even told me ask the waiter gentleman to change it but i just wanted to eat as much as i can and leave but the taste has changed so much in this restaurant even the mac and cheese was bad i have been coming here since 2015 every year January the 15th for a anniversaries but its gone down hill so sorry
