Goytre Chippy - Menu

I recently visited Goytre Tandoori for the first time and was impressed by the delicious meals and the exceptionally friendly staff. They even made me a cup of tea while I waited for my takeaway order.

They gave me a free slush puppies with my friends and I, this is local to us so we really enjoy going however i am coeliac which means I cannot have gluten which limits me from their food. But their slush puppies

Be surprised because the menu is very large, more than you would normally find in a chippy There were six choices of curry sauce. One time we went they had run out of jumbo sausages but gave us 2 small ones at the same price.

We missed the last call for food at the restaurant and I’m so happy we did, because our meal at the Goytre Chippy and Tandoori was 5 star. We are connoisseurs of fish and chips, and this place is on the map for us. And the staff were so friendly and helpful, over and above what they needed to be. We will be forever grateful

What a great experience, went here for fish and chips which were excellent freshly cooked while we waited. The staff were amazingly friendly, even threw in a free sausage for our dog and made us a cup of tea while we waited. Massive choice of food on the menu and very reasonably priced. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

I wasn’t too sure about this place as they had very little online presence and I struggled to find a menu, but we were camping with friends who had been and I’m so glad we did! The staff were so incredibly lovely, food order for 10 people was ready in 20 minutes, nothing wrong with the order, food was incredible and so cheap! Would recommend 10/10 every time will definitely order again!

I live in Goytre and I frequently visit Goytre Chippy, and I am always impressed. It is hands down the best chippy around! The food is delicious, almost like it was made by Gordon Ramsay himself. The staff are incredibly friendly and wonderful. My go-to order is the fish cake, which tastes heavenly. Recently, they even gave out free slush puppies to the village, showing their thoughtfulness. I cannot recommend Goytre Chippy enough.

The owner made sure I had everything I wanted and was cheerful, helpful, and kind. I have been to the restaurant twice and will return since it is on my way to work. I enjoyed fish and chips with mushy peas and was even offered a complimentary cup of tea. The views from the charming storefront are picturesque and inspiring. With high-quality food and beautiful scenery, what more could you ask for? Don't hesitate to visit this restaurant - it sets a gold standard in my opinion!

we recently visited Usk on a family vacation and wanted to share an amazing experience we had. On our way back from a day out, we found a local Fish Chip shop called Goyte Fish Bar. From the moment we walk in, we received the warmest of welcomes. They asked if we were locals and after mentioning we were on holiday, they gave us lots of ideas and tips on what to see in the area. Several locals came in while we were waiting and each received a friendly welcome too. The food was amazing, the portions were generous, and service was the best I have ever seen.
