"If you want authentic home cooked Catalan food, without the fancy finish, then this is the place for you. It takes a drive through the Ebro Delta rice fields to reach Deltebre and we recommend the lunchtime menu del dia (it is the only meal we've eaten there... But numerous times) At 10euros per head, with wine or water per person included, you'll never receive a better meal for the price and in tidy, interesting surroundings. The building has pots of flowers all around the outside, is well-maintained and the mother is an oil painting artist in her spare time (when? she is cook too) Her art is around the walls and her daughters and family members serve. Salad or juice to start, pasta or rice to follow, then tasty meat stews or wonderful fish or sepia-type meals offered, then basic desserts to follow. Even the coffee is rich and well made. Try it!"

Fuimos por la zona para ver el delta del Ebro, paramos en deltebre a comer y un vecino nos recomendó venir aquí. Pedimos sobre todo pescado y marisco y se notaba la calidad. Realmente recomendable. El servicio fue muy agradable además, un gusto! Merece la pena parar a comer aquí.

Un sitio muy bueno. Pedimos arroz de cangrejo que fue mi favorito y también arroz de anguila. Quizá demasiado duro el grano, me hubiese gustado un pelín más blando. Pero todo estaba riquísimo. De postre pedí menjar blanc, nunca lo había probado; es algo curioso y distinto, aunque tampoco es ninguna maravilla. El sitio es precioso, tiene unos cuadros muy bonitos y una decoración muy acogedora.
