"I had asked for a water carafe, the server said yes but he didn’t bring it back to us so I have to take it myself. It is a “café” but self-service apparement. : very good service! The worst: when I asked the bartender “Hello, sir, may I know where the water is” He told me “low” No kindness, no person working in the hotel industry. I then asked him, “is this a free service??” He replied “I don’t know where the server is” What a shame! At least he could call her. It is true what it looks like in other reviews, that the service is bad. FUIR!"
