Great Village - Piatti

Tried the restaurant for the first time since change over of ownership. Ordered king prawn chow mein and beef curry with fried rice; both of which were excellent. The beef curry was full of tender meat. We will definitely be back.

decided to try again after disappointing first visit. we couldn't believe the difference. eating has been much improved. the chili beef was excellent, as the garnels and the singapur vermicelli was very good. we will definitely come back.

we have a departure from great village. we ordered a series of orders; crispy duck, salt and pfeffer vomiting, fried pork, king prawns in chili and garlic, sweet and acidic huh, shredded chill bark. every court was excellent. we will. in future for more to go back. Visualizza piatti

called for food and found new owners taken over. everything I can say that we have visited twice in 2 nights in order. our food was delicious, fresh and delicious. we can not recommend them enough and we will certainly come back for more....We had winton supptone, curry and noodle dishes. the best Chinese. thanks and until soon. karen and trevor x

Firstly the salt&pepper ribs are the best I’ve tasted, and I’ve tried a few over the years. I order from here because of the ribs but most other dishes are of a good quality. Eating in is possible and always staffed with pleasant, polite waitress/waiters....Always busy and people travel to pick up their take-away past many other establishments so this says something about the standard of food you get here.

To be fair been using this take away for years Due to the Covid-19 situation we ordered a take out For four people Wow !! so disappointed I know they were really buzy the Beef curry tasted of nothing and left a soap taste in...our mouths the Barbecue Spare ribs had not a ounce of barbecue sauce, on them it was £37 so not cheap We threw most of it in the bin Let’s hope they redeem themselves when they open for full service. history of past peculiarities for 25 years. decided to give new owners an attempt. starters were ok. wonton dry, but maybe our fault, as we did not realize that she ordered separately sauce, mandy always included. singapur vermicelli was always so good by mandy, New...owners definitiw need a lection of simon in boil that and the fungal know-how mien. they really hope that they will improve the repairs they used to be. the bark king po was good. also the king prawn we ordered as an appetizer was very good. can try again in the future.

Always looking to try to support local businesses following the covid pandemic, I decided to support my local Chinese takeaway ordering the meal deal for 2 (B). Reviews on TA looked good and locals recommended the food as being soooo good. Sorry but no, it...wasn’t good. In fact it was awful. First visit after recommendation. Friday night five fifteen, horrendous parking. Everybody using chippie next door. Disabled access a bit limited but owner arranged to move tables to allow better access for daughters walking frame. Comprehensive menu. Bit pricy but what’s not nowadays? Order barbecue ribs....Very hot on arrival bit burnt but tasty. Prawn ginger spring onion/ chicken veg and chicken sweet corn soup. Boiled rice. All reasonably portioned.
