"I ordered catering services from Man'Ouchy for my thesis defense and I was incredibly happy with it. The team prepared a lovely selection of mezzés (falafel, spinach pie, rkakat feta, and kebbé accompanied by plenty of lebanese bread, taboulé, and dips (hummus and eggplant caviar . Many of my guests came up to me and told me how much they loved the food. I fully agree with them. I would definitely order again!"

"Twice we pick up food there, and once the portions where poor, so I advised to check before going out. And the second, the owner was quite rude, we where reading the menu and he took it out of my hands saying it was weakling menú, so I might as well check it from the web. Poor guy really"

"Great service even if sometimes the waiters forgot us a little. The manager is great and the restaurant has changed a lot and is still evolving. The food is good, special mention for the desserts and the Sichuan-style eggplants. The dishes are very good, unfortunately it is not written in the menu whether the dishes are spicy or not. A few small areas for improvement but it's a great place, the atmosphere is great, the toilets are clean. I will go back without hesitation!"

"This is a handy place if you're staying in the SwissTech Hotel, there's a good selection of burgers and plenty of seating inside. The food took a little while to come out, but they seem to be making it fresh so that's to be expected. They also use only Swiss beef here, a nice touch. I was actually a little confused by my burger - better than average bun, nice bbq caramelised onions, good meat...and then topped with a cheap cheese single? I would suggest to Holy Cow that they pick up some better cheese to really finish their burgers nicely, rather than spoiling them with plastic processed stuff. Otherwise a good spot for a snack, albeit with traditional Swiss prices."

"Il y a autant de variétés de pizza et de type locaux qu'il y a diversités culturelles en Italie.Ici elles sont fines, moyennes, au fond biscuité, probablement du type des Pouilles, je ne suis pas expert, demandez au patron. La pizza que j'ai mangé était bonne, le salami dessus délicieux. Personnellement je préfère les pizza très fine non huilée ou plus épaisse avec...., mais ça c'est qu'une question de goût.... ma che c.. vuoi?!!L'entrée au Gambas et avocat citron (ou lime?), coriandre.... est vraiment magnifique (attention toutefois à votre porte-monnaie!) et le tiramisu également.C'est une pizzeria du quartier, qui a gardé l'authenticité des pizzerie d'Italie très présentes dans les années 80 à Lausanne, ceci malgré la crise et aujourd'hui la concurrence d'une surpopulation de nouveaux restaurants qui se greffent à 10 mètres de vous et ne durent pas longtemps, juste l'histoire de bousculer ceux qui sont déjà en place,sans que la police du commerce ne daigne intervenir! La multiplicité entraîne la baisse de qualité!Revenons au CharbonEn résumé, la cuisine est bonne voir excellente, le personnel est très sympathique, le service rapide et très bien coordonné, le patron a de l'humour. Des restaurants authentique et vintage de ce style sont de plus en plus rares. Ah j'oubliais! La terrasse, au soleil jusqu'à 6h30 depuis début avril pour le café et le soir quand la circulation diminue est un vrai régal avec vue sur la quartier."
