"the salad was almost all gone and after an hour wait for food for it to be frozen out we had to send it back that they forget to remove the plates from the grill to warm up the food, the plates were cooked and we had to carry them back over almost burning our hands. the puddings were not properly normalized, the rocky horror crushed the pieces of Brownie where we had a whole wedge. the ice was melted and the whip cream just lets say there was soooo much of it that it was above the table when the guy brought it to the table, as it was just too much for the glass. very poor visit"

I was around half there, didn't go to the quarter to five for terrible service. Eating terrible. It was very cold and slow. Not very happy.

Good food, arrived quickly, and was hot and plentiful. Very good service and value for money. Will be going back for sure. Would recommend to anyone.

A lot on the tea time menu wasn’t available. The butter chicken started tasted like fish. The main , the burger was very non descriptive. Disappointing all round

It seemed rather quiet in the restaurant but seemed to take forever to bring food out. Also having to ask to bring our Desert out as we had ore ordered it with the mains.

Did not even have a meal, as I said, my table would not be ready for me at my booking time Very disappointing and left. The person at the reception was very rude and helpful.

Very friendly staff, paid attention to what I asked for as it wasn't straightforward off the menu! Polite and happy server. Clean tables and seating. Adhered to social distancing guidelines. Perfect!

We arrived a little early and when our booking was confirmed there was a little look at the watch from the greeter. Shown to our table and discovered that my fork had dried food on it where it had clearly not been washed properly when I pointed this out it seemed that I had inconvenienced the staff the service was a little slow the staff appeared to be all standing out of sight near an opened door
