We really enjoyed our meal last night was fairly busy but still had great service from Lana. The food was very tasteful and hot. changes we requested were accepted and nothing was too much trouble. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service at this restaurant is excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly, and they go out of their way to make sure you have a great dining experience. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with dim lighting and tasteful decor. It's a great place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends or family.

The coffee and dessert were a complete disaster! My oat latte was cold when it arrived, and the apple pie and custard were not hot. My friends had to inquire about their desserts after waiting for half an hour, despite ordering just minutes after me. Overall, the food was rated 1 out of 5, service 2 out of 5, and atmosphere 3 out of 5.

We went they tonight with friends, the food was cold . We had unlimited soft drinks. We had coke it was flat , we went to get are unlimited salad, but there wasn’t any . Service was nonexistent. -Server was brusk. -Her hand her fingers inside the salad bowl when bringing them to the table. -Server and 2 other colleagues were discussing the unfairness of shift patterns at the dumb waiter next to our table. The server lived upstairs. -She was too busy talking to bring our starters over and they subsequently were cold. -All staff left the restaurant to talk together at the bar area. This again resulted in our food being left to go cold. -We had go to bar to ask if the food could be delivered to our table. -Order was incorrect, but by that time we could not be bothered to send it back. my wife and i live in eastbourne, however we make the journey to this Harvester in Polegate instead due to many factors the main one being the workers. we’ve visited this particular harvester 3 times so far as a couple and each time had a different server, ALL who made the entire visit more comfortable and easy! we had to order slightly awkward vegan things too and that’s enough to make any server annoyed but on every occasion we’ve had nothing but smiles and a ‘can do’ attitude (as cringey as that sounds). a special shout out to Nicole who helped us on this trip particularly who dealt with our requests with no push back in the slightest and even spoke to the kitchen specially for us to make...
