"Worst customer experience ever! He gave us uncooked food and foul panner. I had food poisoning later because of this. Rather than giving a bad review, I felt it would be better I call them and explain it directly. When mentioned over a call, he asked us to return the food and said that we can order anyday for the same price again and promised that he’ll deliver the food for free as a compensation . We called back after 4 weeks and he said he’ll not give any food or compensation. Worst Indian restaurant in Netherlands so far! Do not recommend it at all. P.S. I just noticed that the restaurant has replies to my comment. So here goes to the owner. I do not have to instigate anyone to comment on your service, and have no need need to do that . Your service speaks for itself and I am not surprised that you received more criticism after I commented. Not sure how many more you have disappointed. You cannot silence the customer with your THREATS! You took our money, asked us to return the whole food, (close to €100 worth) and did not neither refund us or stood upon your promise to deliver us the order back. If you go through your previous customer experience history, it is no surprise that you have a habit of bullying your customer who question you either on your quantity or behaviour. This is a public platform and we all (customers) have right to share our opinion, though the truth might be bitter. I have added a picture of the panner pakora that you’ve sent us when we’ve placed the initial order. I’ll leave the rest upto your expert eyes."
