Waited over 2 hours for a delivery. Rang up and was told he was on way and with another hour, starving hungry with no explanation

We recently started ordering takeout from Henlow Tandoori and we are always impressed by how delicious the food is and how it always arrives on time. Great job!

Always order our Indian from here. Food is very tasty, never had a bad dish. Price is reasonable too. I live locally and always collect, so no issues with delivery times as some have mentioned. Great local takeaway.

The food is always absolutely delicious but it's a massive shame the delivery times are so long. Genuinely have to wait around 2.5hrs for food. They advertise 45mins-1hr for delivery but we often have to phone up at 2hrs and ask where our order is. Such a shame

Place an order online at 5.45 via their online system. Was told it would arrive by 7pm. After chase up calls finally arrived at 8.20. Food was full of very bland except for the huge amounts of salt in all the dished except the bombay potatoes which tasted just like boiled potatoes. Threw it all in the bin. Oh poppadoms we're OK though. Never again.

We used to use Henlow Tandoori all the time before they closed and loved it so we’re really happy when they reopened. We weren’t sure if they could live up to how good they were before but they massively did, the food was amazing! Best Indian takeaway we’ve ever had! And ready really quickly, without compromising on quality. This is going to be dangerous on my waistline and bank account!

The food at this restaurant was terrible. We ordered a Shashlik, Mixed Grill, and Butter Chicken with bread and rice. The order was prepared quickly, in less than 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon, which raised some concerns. When the food arrived, the bread was missing. The Butter Chicken was cold and the grilled dishes were soaked in a strange sweet-tasting oil. They also seemed dry, as if they had been reheated. When we asked for the missing bread, we were told that no order had been placed for it. We finally received the bread an hour after the rest of the food.

A group of 10 people gathered for drinks and takeout on a Friday night in Lower Stondon, and the obvious choice was Henlow Tandoori. And we were not disappointed! The food was fresh and satisfied everyone's tastes in our party. Comments like "That's the best lamb Sagwala I've ever had" and "The chicken in my shashlik is perfect, cooked fresh on the skewer" were heard. The prices were very reasonable and the dips and trimmings were delicious. Thank you to the chefs at Henlow Tandoori for taking away the stress of dinner party planning and delivering on flavor, value, and efficiency with our large order.

We have been using this indian takeaway since my parents moved here in 1993. The owner was always friendly and used to give me twilight mints as a child. We have been very loyal to this takeaway for 25 years... me and my boyfriend just ordered uber eats, my chicken Tika masala was horrid absolutely loaded with coconut it was more of a coconut curry. Very dark red too I thought it might be creamier. The onion bajji s were doughey in the middle so I left them, the keema rice weren't up to scratch either no idea what's happened the majority of our takeaway is now in the fridge so my parents maybe will eat it tomorrow. Its pretty sad, only ordered the time because the last few times my lamb pass...
