The restaurant is highly recommended. The nose to tail concept is excellently implemented and the surprise menus never disappoint. The seasonality and the focus on regionality make a visit worthwhile.

It was a great evening with new taste experiences with a minimal deduction in the service, but that's just because sometimes there was something untimely at the drinks. However, it was possibly also at the location of the place and one must also consider that everything is going up. My absolute highlight is and was the spruce pin ice cream.
