"we booked hodgkinson on the basis of previous reviews and were not disappointed. a charming hotel that preserves many of its historical features. zoe was helpful throughout the entire owner/growth and eating was simple, healthy and well cooked. the restaurant is small but not crowded and there was a feeling of greeting rest. we hope for a return and stay next time in one of the rooms of the hotel, each individually decorated."

We chose Hodgkinson's restaurant based on positive reviews and we were not let down. This charming hotel has kept many of its historical characteristics. Zoe, the owner and waitress, was very helpful and the food was delicious, simple, and well-prepared. The dining area was cozy and not crowded, providing a peaceful atmosphere.
