We have used this hotel several times now as we cruise extensively from Southampton , nice place to stay , staff great , food very good

If u r expecting good portions or very quality meal then stay away. Basically packed pub food with double prices. Breakfast has only afew options now. They could at least put afew vegetarian options . Basically just bacon and sausage bun and couple more options. Visualizza piatti

It was quite a good breakfast, cereals, fruit and hot food available. The woman clearing up at the end was very grumpy, but apart from that, it was fine. Good that the water machine is always on, as we filled up our water bottles in the evening and before we left.

Find the holiday inn express a good value stay before a cruise including breakfast , which is a mix of continental and cooked for most tastes . Very welcoming and efficient staff , the room was very clean with all we need our only grumble is the water pressure in the lovely shower wasn’t great .

I highly recommend this hotel. It was clean, warm, and easily accessible to Southampton. The staff were extremely friendly, always available, and willing to help. The hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms, and there is no ventilation in the sleeping area, only in the bathroom. The surrounding area of the hotel is not very pleasant. However, the pizza is tasty and the draft beer is cold and affordable. Parking is free. The attitude and skills of the staff members can be inconsistent.

The included breakfast at the hotel restaurant exceeded expectations. It is a self-service buffet style, with a juice dispenser that was not very good, but a much better coffee machine available. They also offer various flavors of tea, including Earl Grey, along with a selection of cereals, scrambled eggs, and tasty croissants. The staff were friendly and consistently kept the area clean. Overall, it was a satisfying breakfast experience.

We stayed here for 4 nights and found it very comfortable. The receptionist when we checked in was very sour faced and not very helpful. We got to our room and found it noisy, knowing we were here for 4 nights we mentioned it to reception. A different person, a man who was so helpful. He told us we should not have been given that room as others were available so we were moved and upgraded at the same time. Thank you. All our dealings with this member of staff from then on were excellent, he was so helpful. The hotel was extremely busy as it was the en£ of half term week but it was kept clean.
