Greeted really well and service was second to none. Always filling drinks and making sure we had everything we needed or wanted

A staff member attended to us promptly and ensured that no one was kept waiting unnecessarily. She was very pleasant and helpful, explaining the situation right away.

Really tasty food, generous portions, prices great value. Have visited quite a few times now and have recommended to friends and family. Decor is modern, clean and interesting. I’m yet to visit if an evening but have seen that they have entertainment, in the day it’s always been busy but good atmosphere. Not loud, play good music will always return here. My daughter loves it here too, does the best mac n cheese and we love the chicken and waffles which we struggle to find elsewhere. They also asked if we had any allergies as soon as we sat down which none of us did but I thought was really good.

The food took a long time to arrive; we had to inquire about it after noticing that 15 plates were waiting to leave the kitchen. Some members of our party were close to leaving due to the long wait, but an employee informed us it would be just five more minutes. The only restroom available was a disabled toilet, and our original server promised to notify us when it was free, but that never happened. When our food finally arrived, it was decent, but the mac and cheese was nothing like what I had seen on Instagram—it might have suffered from sitting under a heat lamp for too long. I don't blame the kitchen for the delay, but it was disappointing that no one brought the food to our table in...

We were really looking forward to this meal on a Saturday evening. The lady that welcomed us was fine. The person who served us wasn’t as much. We tried to order 4 different things to be told none were available. Asked for chicken wings was told no but had wings on our gym junkie meal? Food took ages to come out we had to ask for it, when I looked there was 15 plates waiting to come out the kitchen. A couple on the table by us walked out after waiting so long, we were close to following if one of the other members of staff hadn’t said it would be 5 minutes.
