We ate here in our first day in Dresden and we totally loved it. The food is great, the pricing is fair, it's a very cozy place, intimate and with a rustic touch. The waiter was very nice and responsive to our needs. I totally...recommend it!

Ate their several times, with family and friends and firstly the food never disappointed. Good in taste, served fast, generously portioned. The staff is friendly but don't pay too much of attention to details and service experience is truly based on their mood (specially male...waiters). As this restaurant was opposite of our hotel and the building looked very nice, we decided to go here, since our hotel restaurant had not much to offer. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the interior was as nice as the outside. Art nouveau...style. The food and the wine was good, service nice, so we can recommend this, In fact we went twice. The restaurant is quite popular so better make a reservation. Payment by bank card (Maestro) was no problem. Parking place in front (free)

Unpretentious restaurant, albeit with a splendid atmosphere, where the portions are generous, the food selection plentiful and varied (even for veggies), and the prices compared to the UK very reasonable This is probably my fifth visit over a period of several years, and Homage always...has delivered the goods. Starters, mains and desserts all excellent, but don't go if you have a tiny appetite, as the plates come heaped Food, wine, drinks all came to a measly for six people. Contrary to some negative reviews, Homage DOES take credit cards, and while I am sure they occasionally have a bad food day, I have never personally experienced it, so don't be put off give it a go !

What a massive disappointment Homage was! It's housed in a gorgeous building, with lovely dining rooms and nice decorations. It looks like an intimate dining space and promises homely German cuisine just like Oma used to make. Well, we learned about Oma alright...! Oma's food...is grossly overcooked! Fish was inedible, pork was tough as old boots, peas (frozen were disgusting. Oma lives in the past. No credit card facilities. Cash only. Oma must be huge, or her kids were. Serving portions were enormous! Way too much. Especially considering the food was so bad. In summary, we felt totally ripped off. The worst meal in Germany by far.
