"Ordered a delivery, was told would be about an hour which seemed lengthy but given it was a sat night we went with it. 2.5 hours and several phone calls later the food finally arrived (having to go to the nearest main road to collect) rang to complain but no interest shown as already had our money. Avoid if you can!!"

Ordered 2 Special curry and 1 Beef curry. They supplied 3 beef curries. The meat was tough and inedible. Pancake Rolls were tasteless.Altogether an overpriced disgusting meal.

Really happy with our Chinese tonight. Everyone really enjoyed the food. It was all cooked to perfection. Delivery was speedy. It arrived really hot! We will definitely eat here again!!

Cant rate it cause went to order a take away at 21:00 on new year Eve when open till 22:00 on the window of advertisement to find it was closed. Curry house came to the rescue and very enjoyable Visualizza piatti

The Chinese beef tender and chicken were really good, along with the excellent ribs and prawns in salt, chili, and garlic. Despite being worried about mixed reviews, I can confidently say that the food was very good.

The restaurant only offers takeout or delivery services. I found it to be a bit pricey, but it was the only option available since their competitor was closed. The pork in the sweet and sour pork balls was a bit chewy.

Delicious food but one dish packed incorrectly. Received prawn balls rather than chicken. Expensive too but good quality. Parking is difficult for pick-up as its on a one-way street. Would look elsewhere when visiting again. Visualizza piatti

The food was average. The woman behind the counter appeared unhappy when I inquired about paying with a card. Despite the sign stating cash only, there was clearly a card machine present. Both the customer service and food were not up to par. I do not plan on returning.

Food was hot and delivered within 50 minutes. Use the online service they have on their website, it was great and we had no issues at all. This is the local Chinese if staying in Lyme Regis and it’s nice. I enjoyed my chicken and sweet corn soup the most and would recommend that :

"The menu was not extensive but they did have daily specials. We ordered Both the smoked sardines and fried sardines to start. Both very delicious but small portions. We then had the pil pil prawns and the croquettes. The prawns were delicious but the croquettes were bland. I am not sure what was in them apart from mashed potatoes which was not well seasoned. Our final course was the meat balls Canarian potatoes and the aubergines . The aubergine dish was a super tasty but a bit too sweet. The meat balls and canarian potatoes were both disappointing. Not enough seasoning and the meatballs lacking in taste. We booked ahead and had good service but overall portions were very small and it was expensive. Some refinements are required to some of the dishes which were under seasoned. If I’m going to pay premium prices for food I expect each dish to be well seasoned and tasty."

"I would give this restaurant 5 stars if I could (can only give 5 for vegan-only places) because the doughnuts and coffee are incredible! We visited last month and returned again this morning. It was just as good as our previous visit, with delicious homemade food and the best coffee in town. The family-run business offers a vegan roast bap made with jackfruit, stuffing, gravy, and tasty applesauce, as well as vegan coffee options and freshly made vegan doughnuts. They also accommodate gluten-free options for customers. We recommended this place in the guest book at our accommodation, and the next family who stayed there described the doughnuts as "insanely delicious." They truly are the best! Make sure to arrive early to snag a doughnut before they sell out!"

"my wife and I shared some vegan nachos and had ever a vegan burger. the burgers were beautiful, the chips had a really nice level of crispness to them, but the natchos were probably the best I ever had. the natchos themselves were only standard crispy triangular natchos, but the rich and amount of torppings was the best I ever had for natchos (vegan or not.) when you look through the reviews, my wife also did one and she postes a picture of the natchos."

"The owner of this establishment almost ran me over in the street today near my home whilst driving his car at an unacceptable speed. He reversed his car back to shout at me and then did a full loop of the town to come back and shout at me again 5 minutes later whilst I was chatting to a gentleman who had visited Lyme Regis to see the house that he was born in for what he said would be the last time. Someone I had never met before. We shared lovely conversation and hugs. The owner of LBK on his second run up my street swore at me, told me to look at his private number plate on his car (LBK whatever) and told me not to go to the restaurant again. Considering that I live in Lyme Regis and support his business all year, dining there most Sundays (even when the tourists have left for the winter) how dare he behave in such a manner. Not acceptable. I would strongly recommend that nobody frequents LBK if this is the way that one will be treated. I am beyond disgusted."
