"Not been to this Pub for a long time and yet I only live 2 minutes down the road. Met up with a friend of mine and was impressed on the inside of the Pub. After the drinks arrived we were then left alone for a while choosing our Food which was lovely as hate being rushed. The Food was very good and we both had Starters,my Starter was a welcome change that for once the Whitebait didn't come in Bread Crumbs or Batter. The Main Courses we had were simply fantastic and the Desert I had was very nice,but the only complaint I would have is that there wasn't enough Custard to go with the Fruit Crumble ! Looking forward to having another Meal in this Pub in due course."

It's a very freindly relaxing place to meet with friends or family. Good food and happy and pleasant enviroment. Plenty of time for long catch ups with no hassling you to leave.

We've always had very good food here. Lovely garden and decked areas for eating and drinking outside. Good Badger beers. Huge fish and chips! Yummy steak and ale pie. Very nice burgers.

The food was nice but a bit over priced for what you got. I didn't feel they had enough staff on to cope with the number of customers. So there was a lot of waiting and the staff seemed to be rushing. Visualizza piatti

Four of us meet up every year here and food always good. Bit disappointed this year though. We all thought the Chicken Supreme didn't have enough sauce, kale a bit tough and potatoes a bit stodgy. Also my summer fruit crumble was a bit stodgy. Usually we have no complaints as its all been lovely. Venue really good and staff very pleasant and helpful. Will go again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We appreciated that the establishment is dog-friendly, and we were able to buy doggy ice cream for our furry companion. The only downside was that the service slowed down as the evening progressed, despite the fact that most of the tables were empty at that time. Despite this, I would still recommend this place.
